Gengar is the worst by far. Dream Eater is an aweful move. I see some big weaknesses in your team. Mine (and almost everyone else on SPPF) could crush that team. Who ever lost to that must seriously suck.

Raikou77, you do realize that Alakazam would get screwed if it tricked onto a Physical Attacker (unless it gives it Specs while its Swords Dancing, Dragon Dancing....etc)?).

Might I suggest you change Alakazams future sight to Focus Blast? Also maybe psycho cut for energy ball? It's always good to have variety on the team, especially with one as powerful as Alakazam. I recommend as Raiku does to pick a wall blocker or staller, all your team is powerhouses already so I see no need for a baton passer. I seroiusly disagree with rants that your team is bad, a little patching here and there is all thats needed.
