yaaaaaaaawn a Typhlosion, Lava Plume or Fireblast
, or eventually Extra sensory(since you don't wanna breed them I could give you one of my Cyndaquils since I breeded some a few weeks ago)
For Hypno I would go with Zen Headbutt or Nasty Plot

^ zen headbut? He obviously a special attacker. Lava plume? Eruption is a way better move. Extrasensory? Focus blast is better for a filler.

Focus Blast may be good but it has too low acc in my opinion
I just thaught a mixed Hypno may be fun since I played it trough the game like that and it worked pretty good
