My UU/NU team

ravensrule97

Resident Badass
I thought i might have a little fun and make a UU team on shoddy

;407; Roserade@Focus Sash
252 Spd/252 Sp Atk/6 HP
Timid Nature
Natural Cure ablility
Sleep Powder
Toxic Spikes
Leaf Storm
Hidden Power (Ground)

Well he's mainly here to set up toxic spikes. I would put their lead to sleep, use toxic spikes, then go to town on leaf storm until they faint. Hidden power is for potential steel/fire types that might try to switch into roserade.

;123; Scyther@Life Orb
Jolly Nature
Technician ability
252 Atk/252 Spd/6 Def
Ariel Ace
Brick Break
Swords Dance
X-Scissor

Physical Sweeper. Swords Dance at first to get more attack, then sweep. X Scissor for stab, Ariel Ace to help out technician, Brick Break for damage.

;334; Altaria @ Life Orb
Mild Nature
Natural Cure Ablility
110 Atk/148 spd/252 Sp Atk
Draco Meteor
Earthquake
Outrage
Fire Blast

Pretty much a mixed sweeper here. EVed Draco Meteor does a LOT of damage. Outrage for STAB, Earthquake and Fire Blast for steels.

;006; Chairzard @ Salac Berry
Adamant Nature
Blaze Ability
252 Atk/252 Spd/ 4 Def
Belly Drum
Earthquake
Fire Punch
Substitute

Belly Drum + Salac Berry + Blaze + Fire Punch= awesome sweeping. Earthquake is there as a 2nd sweeping move, Substitute is there to help get the Salac berry + blaze activated/

;452; Drapion @ Scope Lens
Jolly Nature
Sniper Ability
252 Atk/252 Spd/6 Def
Earthquake
Ice Fang
Night Slash
Swords Dance

Swords dance to increase attack even further, Night Slash + Scope Lens + Sniper= really deadly critical hits. Earthquake and Ice Fang to cover weaknesses.

;237; Hitmontop @ Life Orb
Adamant Nature
Technician Ability
240 HP/252 Atk/18 Spd
Close Combat
Fake Out
Mach Punch
Sucker Punch

This is designed to not let the opponent hit at all. Start off with a fake out, then try to finish with a mach punch. Technician + Life orb increases their power. Sucker Punch if a psychic comes out, and Close Combat as a "kamikazee" move if this fails and hitmontop gets hit too early

you DIE to Stealth Rock. Change Hitmontop to the Rapid Spinner set NOW!!!

Hitmontop @ Leftovers
Adamant
Intimidate
4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Close Combat
Toxic
Rapid Spin
Stone Edge

gets rid of your SR weakness, allowing Charizard to set up SubSalac and Belly Drum, and saving Scyther. Altaria also will be saved quite a bit of damage.

EDIT: I'm pretty sure Scope Lens is banned in Standard Play. Life Orb > Scope Lens.

Whoops, my bad.
I still think that without Super Luck, depending on crits is kinda risky. I still think LO is better. But it's your choice, really.

Roserade is actually an OU pokemon. You are going to want to change Roserade's hidden power (ground), to hidden power (fire). As for the leaf storm, personally, I would go with grass knot. In the long run, by long run I mean fighting someone with six pokemon, grass knot would be your best option.

First off, Roserade is not a UU pokemon. It is OU. Unless somehow it got put in another catagory. Change Roserade's Hidden power ground to hidden power fire. It will be much more effective. Also, change Roserade's leaf storm to grass knot. It seems like a bad choice, but in the long run, and by long run I mean battling someone with 6 good pokemon, it really is worth changing leaf storm to grass knot.

First, Roserade isn't OU.

Second, Leaf Storm is the superior option because Roserade is a suicide lead.

I like the Hitmontop. Yes, the team is quite Stealth Rock weak, but it seems quite suicidal anyway what with all the Life Orbs. If that Charizard comes out working though, I'd be mad, as SR being laid down would eliminate the practicality of the moveset (unless Belly Drum & Stealth Rock are like Substitue and leave a remainder).

I had an idea with Altaria, and that was to put Rest on it. It'd work great on a Life Orb set I think if you switch it in on something like a Grass attack, then use Rest as they switch. I'd put it'd over Outrage should it be possible.

There's nothing wrong with your team, but charizard's reliability is dodgy.

It may seen a little risky, but maybe, you can try this for scyther.

;123; Scyther @ Focus sash Adamant
6 hp / 252 attack / 252 spd
Swarm or Technician, Swarm can help drastically, but tech is for reliability.
X Scissor
Aerial Ace
Reversal
Swords Dance

I use this on my own team, and it works fine.

(For sure use rapid spin on hitmontop)
