Decided to use rampardos after trying out in a few battles and it literally taking the entire opposing time out. Good attack and after rock polish good speed.

Vespiquen is a good defensive wall the moveset is one which i developed in game.

Was told I was weak to water and that I needed a water type so Poliwrath sorts out both these problems.

Sandslash is a good rapid spinner and after sword dance its earthquake is pretty much 2HKO

Espeon helps this team as it lacks a special attacker got this move set from a basic smogon set.

Crobat isn't UU anymore...

And on espeon use shadow ball instead of signal beam.

Gives you unresisted type coverage.

I like that endeavor on ramprados,

Otherwise pretty solid team.

Edit: try to et rid of vespiquen, bad typing and takes 50% from SR

First of all at a glance i notice a big Electric Weakness. And a big water weakness and also i suggest you replace Crobat since it's not UU nomore on smogon.
Hmm..Try to get a quagsire or lanturn to absorb the electric weakness..Oh and btw change your lead to a Roserade. Thanks

I suggest you change your Vepisquen To a quagmire..get a good decent fire type and get a milotic+There is better Ground types than Sandslash..This team gets raped by Milotic alone..For example

Icebeam-Icebeam can take out vepisquen and Sandslash Also Rampardos...Lets just say it takes out every member But espeon
Surf-Every member but Espeon+Poliwrath
HP:Electric-Take out Poliwrath

Milotic is a big threat to your team..And to not have a pokemon that can take it out is really weird...

it sure have flaws and I am not sure about your sd sandslash its not fast enough to take something down.
i do like the rampardos but I still think it should need max atk and speed instead of 160 hp since it has a sash, or you get an baton passing agillity pokemon like scyther and the rampardos has an life orb and then it sure can take down anything

Honestly, it is a good UU lead overall. Most other leads I have seen don't immediately counter it. I use it myself, and the majority of the time it gets the job done. It can also come back in later as a solid special attacker with Leaf Storm, Shadow Ball, etc.

Milotic is UU. However, as everyone else has said, Crobat is not. First thing I would change is the natures of the Pokemon on this team. Ramparados needs Adamant, as does Sandslash. If you are giving Poliwrath defensive EVs, why would you want a Lonely nature? Vespiquen should be Impish.

I do question a lot of your choices here, but if you want to keep the Pokes, at least adjust their natures and EVs appropriately.

Your lead isn't fast enough to use rock polish when you encounter a taunt lead with focus sash. next to that, say you did use rock polish, they still have focus sash to hang on and it would take a min. of 2 turns to ko someone (when your not using rock polish).
in one of the sticky's was a good lead and switch into rampardos. Like Yanmega, if he has substitute you could give him some more turns to last, and probably giving your rampardos a free switch in (due to substitute). If you give yanmega an +att berry you could always baton pas that to Rampardos.

Vespiquen is a ridiculous poke. Outclassed by many others. You're water weak and choice scarf Medicham (the top UU threat) gives you serious trouble. Rampardos has a HUGE attack....NOTHING MORE! Without support it will pretty much die very fast, specially since Mach Punch is so common on UU.

I think this team needs a serious rethink.
