The outline is all black, it should be coloured. It should also be 1 pixel wide.
The shading is broken.Use a minimun of three shades, in the curves and where the light doesn't hit.The outline is also a bit shaky.

Well for your first it is kinda bad!Well you need to add more shading on the hat thing and then you might want to make it bigger. I didn't like the size.
