Cleo the Hydreigon @ Choice Scarf
• Levitate
• Timid
• 252 sp.atk 252 speed 4 hp
- Dark Pulse
- Draco Metor
- Focus Blast
- Flamethrower

Cleo the hydreigon is tomboyish, sarcastic, loves anything to do with history/learning, and loves to demolish anything in sight. Dark pulse is needed for flicking off all latios, latias, reuniclus, ect. Draco Metor to rip gapping holes in any teams. Focus Blast combats 5 different types for lots of power and coverage. Flamerthrower strips walls appart at the seems.

Rosette the Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
• Iron Barbs
• Relaxed
• 252 def 252 hp 4 sp.def
- Curse
- Gyro Ball
- Power Whip
- Stealth Rocks

Rosette the Ferrothorn is a killer with no remorse. Cursing the oppenent off makes her all that more bada**. Gyro ball after so many speed lowerings from cursing makes her a bowling ball bashing pins down one by one. Power whip is a standard stab move for all killer ferros. Stealth rocks makes it a great lead partner for a sweeper to thrash the oppenent while setting up.

Tech Claw the Scizor @ Focus Sash
• Technician
• Adament
• 252 hp 252 atk 4 def
- Roost or Protect?
- Superpower
- Bullet Punch
- Bug Bite

Tech Claw is a Engineer, loves building, and a serious pokemon that does not like getting messed with. Roost is for healing itself, but protect takes away the risk of loosing all the hp it gained back. Superpower is a powerful tanking move that ruins the opponent. Bullet punch is proirty stab plus technician boost makes it a scary threat to terrakion sweepers used oh so often. Bug bite stab techician 2OHKOs Cresselia, Reuniclus, etc and OHKOs Latios, Latias, etc. Consuming the cresselia's common item the sitrus berry.

SparX the Infernape @ Ice Gem
• Blaze
• Naive
• 116 atk 140 sp.atk 252 speed
- Flamethrower
- Close Combat
- Fake Out
- Hidden Power Ice 70

SparX the Infernape cocky, self centered, and pomp about his power. Flamethrower rips holes in walls with only phsyical defenses. Close combat wrecks Blissey, Chansey, Ambipom, etc. Fake out is a great lead move buying some time to thrash the other side. HP ice 70 with an Ice Gem OHKOs Latios and his dragon friends.

Chip the Azelf @ Psychic Gem
• Levitate
• Timid
• 252 sp.atk 252 speed 4 hp
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- Nasty Plot

Chip the Azelf is a mischievous prankster, loves starting trouble, and beating down pokemon after a threatening nasty plot. Nasty plot makes any pokemon a power house after just one of these plottings. Psychic stab beats common fighting types to the ground. Thunderbolt takes down even bulky waters after one nasty plot. Who knows what it would do to a frail water type! Flamethrower burns a steel wall into nothing.

350.gif

Nico the Milotic @ Wacan Berry
• Marvel Scale
• Calm
• 252 sp.def 252 hp 4 sp.atk
- Scald
- Toxic
- Ice beam
- Recover

Nico the Mioltic, an odd ball, sycotic artist, and a depressed misunderstood pokemon. With one scald it can OHKO steelix, or donphan! A great move even if it does not OHKO the pokemon, it might have a firey result. Toxic takes down any pokemon who doesn't resist it. Ice beam takes out grass, and dragon threats slowly, but surely. Recover comes in handy with such a massive HP stat!

Infernape
Item Life Orb/Choice Band/Choice Scraf
Nature Jolly/Adamant
Ability Blaze
Move Set
Flare Blitz
Close Combat/ Mach Punch
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Flare Blitz is better than Flametrower because it has more power and it has the same Base Attack and Special Attack
Close Combat has a good base power, but if you want Speed Priority, then you use Mach Punch instead
Earthquake is a powerful move which have 100 accuracy
Stone Edge has a good coverage with Earthqauke, also it has high critical hit ratio
Choice Band if you want more Attack, Choice Scraf if you want more speed (if you are playing Choice Scraf, then you shouldn't use Mach Punch) or Life Orb if you don't want to play Choice item

For Scisor
Put Sword Dance instead of Protect or Roost because it will have combo with Bullet Punch to have high attack and nearly always attack first, if you use Sword.Dance about 2 or 3 times, then you may have chance to clear your opponent team with Scisor. Also put Brick Break instead of Superpower because it will lower Scisor Attack and it may not OHKO your opponent Pokemon in the next turn.

Good Luck

Your team looks like more of a singles team.
Although, I have NEVER experienced VGC's, there will be rain teams with Swift swim.
Stealth rock is not necessary for ferro since there is not a lot of switching out.
You would likely see see Beat Up + Terrakion combos.
Scarfed is not a good idea on Hydreigon because Choice items are not really used.
I'm not that experience, but i have seen videos about VGC's.
