It depends on what you use.

I can only help wth paint.

Click outside of the white page (on the grey color)

notice a small box in the bottom-right corner.

Click and drag it up towards the pic, but give the pic some room.

NEXT STEPS FOR W-B-Ging ONLY.

Color the backround a different color.

Copy and Paste it onto the GIF animator.

And you know the rest ^_^ !
