Mystery Dungeon 2 Sharing Teams

Hey guys, I have pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of time and wanted to get the darkness-exclusive Mewtwo. I have a friend who has darkness, and there is an option in which you can share teams, so my question is When you share team data, do you keep the team and your friend does too, or do you lose the team, or does it show your friend the team without actually giving it?

It is only for when you want to battle against your friend team... so you can't use his team and you keep your team with sharing.
I have all three versions... but I haven't rescued anybody yet... but that will happen soon

So is there any way to recieve pokemon from different games?

I believe only temporary when you faint in a dungeon, someone can save you and give ou a pokemon to help you for the dungeon.

So would we both have it or would only i get to keep it?

If I remember correctly, only one person gets to keep the Pokemon.

there used to be a wondermail code for it just for time, but that's long gone. no legit way to get it now
