Mystery dungeon- How do I get dragon cave friend area?

After you beat Rayquaza and the credits roll, you get a whole bunch of random mission mails in your mailbox and some say
reward: friend area.

The dragon cave friend area can be found whenever you get mail like that and when you get the friend area, you also get the dungeon wyvern hill.

If you search this section for "Wondermail" you can find a bunch of threads with Wondermail passwords on them, so that you can do the mission to unlock Dragon Cave (if you don't feel like waiting for the mail to show up in your game).
