Are there unidentified ghost Pokémon like the one in Pokemon red and blue where without a Silph Scope?

What I mean is what do ghost pokemon look like without a Silp Scope?

When you don't have the Silph Scope, the ghosts in Pokemon Tower look like a thin cloud of purple haze with eyes. Also, you can't fight them or catch them.

I think they look the same as the Red and Blue ones

yeh they do i think but the red and blue colours are slightly off
