I'd stick Thunderbolt on Zapdos, not Thunder. You have no Rain Dance anywhere on your team. Either swap Thunder for Thunderbolt, or squeeze in Rain Dance somewhere.

Parasect really isn't strong enough to pull out Sunnybeaming. Having two dual-weaknesses and being slow doesn't make it effective.
