So, I got bored and was searching through my advanceshipping one-shots, and found this one. You may have seen it on Fanfiction.net, but I decided to post it here as well. So here's Naked, based off the song "Naked" by Avril Lavigne. ^^
WARNING-This is an advanceshipping fic, so if you don't like the pairing, then I suggest you don't read ahead.
I wake up in the morning
Put on my face
The one that's gonna get me
Through another day
She was slowly pacing back and forth in front of her small bed. Her dream simply boggled her 12-year-old mind. “Why would I dream about him like that?” She asked herself in her head. “After all, he’s my friend…but do I have feelings for him?” May shuddered at the very thought. “I can’t think about him like that, it’ll ruin our friendship!” She sighed deeply. “I just need a nice cold shower,” she said quietly to herself.

'Cause life is like a game sometimes
May glanced at her clock. It was a little past 5:30 in the morning. Everyone else wouldn’t be up for a while, so that would give her time to organize her thoughts. She grabbed her bag and went into the bathroom, locking the door behind her.
But then you came around me
The walls just disappeared
Nothing to surround me
And keep me from my fears
May quickly turned off the water and wrapped a towel around herself. She walked out the bathroom door. “Who’s there?” she asked.
“It’s me,” Ash replied.
She quickly opened the door and saw Ash standing there. She didn’t notice but Ash blushed slightly when he saw that she was only wearing a towel. “Come on in,” she said quietly. Her hair was soaked and beads of water were slowly sliding down her skin. Ash couldn’t help but looking at her as she closed the door.
“What are you doing up so early?” He finally asked her.
May hesitated a bit. “I couldn’t get back to sleep. I had a dream that was…kind of freaky.” She almost hit herself. She wasn’t supposed to tell him that much! But a small part of her felt comfortable telling him these things.

“What do you mean?”
May sighed deeply. She wasn’t sure if she should tell him or not. After all, she could trust him. But he was the one person that her secret would affect the most.
Because I've never felt like this before

She sat down on her bed and looked down at her feet. “Well lately, I’ve been looking at one of my friends in a different way.”
Ash sat down next to her. “Again, what do you mean?”
May bit her bottom lip to keep from laughing. She slowly looked up at him. “I mean that…I’m starting to look at them as more than just a friend.”
Ash was a bit confused. “Like as a boyfriend?”
“Yeah, exactly.” She was a bit shocked that Ash had figured that out.
“Is he someone I already know?”
“Yeah I would hope so,” she said in her mind. “Yeah.”
“Is it Drew?”
“No,” she replied.
“Brock?”
May shook her head.
Ash thought for a moment. “I can’t think of anyone else.”
May sweatdropped. “Are you sure?”
“Yes.”
May was getting slightly uncomfortable. “If I tell you will you promise not to laugh at me?”
“Yes, May just tell me!”
May hesitated. “It’s you,” she said softly.
“What?”

She stood up and walked in front of him. “It’s you okay! You’re the one that I’ve fallen in love with!” She said a little louder. The she realized what she had said. “I-I didn’t say love before, did I?” she asked, her voice a little shaky.
Ash slowly shook his head. May sighed and sat down where she was before. She looked down at her feet and she was blushing. “I don’t think I should’ve told you that,” she replied softly.
Ash put his hand on hers. “I’m glad you did May, because,” he paused for a second, lifting her face so their eyes met, “I love you too.”
May was slightly surprised. “You do?" She questioned.

Ash didn’t say anything. Instead he slowly leaned in and kissed her. She blushed slightly but returned the kiss. But then she slowly broke away. “I just realized I’m only wearing a towel.” She said, giggling softly. “I’ll be right back.” She walked into the bathroom to get dressed.

May came out a few minutes later wearing her usual outfit. She glanced over at the clock at it was almost 6:00. “I know it’s still kinda early, but do you wanna get something to eat?” She asked.
“I think you should know the answer to that!”
May laughed. “You’re right. Let’s go then!” She exclaimed, grabbing his hand and pulling him out the door. Ash slowly pulled the door shut behind them. As they were quietly walking down the hall, they couldn’t help but feel so relieved to get those feelings out in the open. Now, they were free to keep nothing from each other. They turned to each other and smiled, as if they knew what the other was thinking. Ash and May slowly looked back ahead of them, continuing to walk down the hall. They were no longer afraid to be “naked” around each other.

The darkness of the night was peacefully fading over a small Pokemon Center. On the upper floor Ash and the gang were spread apart in three rooms. Max and Brock were sharing a room and Ash and May had their own. They guys were peacefully asleep, but a dream that was somewhat horrifying had woken May up.I wake up in the morning

He checked the clock and saw the same time she did. “I’d better make sure she’s okay.” He slowly got up and walked out of his room, Pikachu still asleep on the bed. He knocked on May’s door and waited for her to answer.But then you came around me

Meh, a bit of a corny ending, I know. <.<; It's about 4 pages on Word, so it's a bit short IMO. ^^; So...that's all I have to say.
