Is there a Name Rater in Colosseum? If there is, where is he? I want to change the name of my Umbreon and Espeon.

The Name Rater is the old man in the Day-Care Center in Agate village in Pokemon Colosseum. In Pokemon XD: Gale Of Darkness, the Name Rater is the old man in the same place. Hope I helped!
