Naruto: A New Age


Years have passed since the death of the Orochimaru, the traitorous ninja from the Leaf Village and Jiraiya, the legendary “Toad Sage”. The Village Hidden in the Leaves is at a point of peace and prosperity under the lead of Tsunade, the Fifth Hokage, the medic ninja known worldwide. There has been no sign of Uchiha Sasuke who has joined the Akatsuki, the clan of Rouge Ninja that have betrayed their home village. Sasuke’s friends namely Uzumaki Naruto have dedicated their life to bringing the Uchiha back to his home village. Haruno Sakura is now head of the Medical Corps; Uzumaki Naruto was formerly an Anbu, and now is a Jonin. Then Nara Shikamaru now is a teacher at the Ninja Academy, married to Yamanaka Ino, and has a child by the name of Nara Hiro.

The other ninja that you know are still helping Konoha keep peace there and in other nations and inspiring young shinobi to do just as they did and help bring peace in the Leaf. Inuzuka Kiba is a Special Jonin capable of tracking enemy ninja, married to Hyuga Hinata, with two children, a boisterous son named Inuzuka Kiba, and an amiable daughter by the name of Inuzuka Arisu. Aburame Shino, also a Special Jonin in the same field as Inuzuka Kiba. Akimichi Choji, a Chunin serving as a Proctor of the upcoming Chunin Exam. Also the team led by Might Guy are all members of the Anbu Black Ops. Then the ninja from the Hidden Sand Village, Gaara of the Desert, is still the Fifth Kazekage while his brother and sister are serving as his advisors. Temari is also an alliance between the Sand and Konoha. Kankuro is a Jonin and the leader of an Operation Unit. The Jonin leaders that we know are still doing the same thing except they are not leaders of Operation Units. Yuhi Kurenai is the mother of Chunin Yuhi Tatsuo.

The Akatsuki have not been seen ever since they obtained the Eight Tailed Spirit. It is likely they may be planning their next move. Or maybe, just maybe, they may be planning to start a war with the Leaf and other Great Shinobi Nations. Uchiha Sasuke has already sworn vengeance on the Leaf. His goal is to destroy Konoha.

Description: A very lazy but mentaly tough kid who doesnt really care about anyone else all he wants is to get stronger no matter what and never backs down from anything. His hair is extremly short. He wears his headband like kakashi but not covering his eye of course and the color is black.Kind of dark skinned and wears black clothes with a white coat over it and his sword on his waist.When its cold Dario wears black glove and wears a dont know what it is called but kakashi wears it to conceil his face that is what Dario wears.In the summer time Dario wears

and wears almost like a poncho and the color is tan to keep him cool, he will sometime wear this when its cold. The coat is like the ones used in bleach His swords are black and can be combined. Whenever it rains my attack strength doubles. Dario is 5'5 people say he is short for his age but they dont say he is skinny because he pretty much looks like a body builder. His clothingis resembles a Samurai because he wears their type of clothing.His clans symbol is a Lion Head which he has on the back of his coat. He dreams to become one of the seven swordsmen of mist.

Weapons: Long black twin swords
(Future) Seven Swords all are extremly unique and have diffrent purposes. One for fast attacks etc. Each sword has thier own elemnet and are very useful for whatever situation.No matter how strong the sword is they all have drawbacks.His strongest sword is a dark a element but when he uses it to kill, he starts to crave for more blood and goes out of control and begins to kill everybody.

Ninjutsu:

Rakurai Buranko (Thunderbolt Swing)
With each swing of his sword lightning shoots out at his enemies, they are almost like ripples.

Tenrai Toku (Divine Shield)
He can also cover his entire body with lightning and his sword.Wile in this form he is immune from attacks and is faster,when the enemy tries to attack him and get close enough he will release parts of the charge at the enemy.

Raikou Futan (Lightning Charge)
Once he is ready to finish off his enemy he will take all the lightning and channel it to his palm and will either throw it at the enemy or put it on his sword then slash his enemy down.This is best used after charging himself full of electricity.


I want to add more jutsu but cant due to not having imagintion right now

FUTURE

After mastering his Kekkei Genkai he can use the following

Lightning Dragon clone summining (can summon five)
This jutsu is used by charging up lightning and almost like summing but instead of blood you use lightning a lost of it too. They are made of electricity and shoot it out,but i can make them grab on to my enemy pick them up to the sky and blow up.

Electrical Ragnarok
He gathers his power shoots it into the sky and begins to rain. He does it again it starts to thunder.He does it a fianl time and creates a mini tornado with an electrical current and destroys nearly everything in its path.There is a drawback when he does the final time he starts to feel really weak and needs to rest.

(Future) Tiger summoning

summons tigers and is very strong and agile.He is the only person in his clan that can summon tigers.The tigers are white he can only summon one tiger but he still cant completely control it so it is not as reaible as the dragon.The tiger can breathe fire with the help of Dario.

Tiger Details:The tiger's name is Zenryou (Virtue) he is about 1500 pounds and his height is 6" ft tall and very muscular but he has three heads which makes it hard for dario to control it.He has a distinct color which is compelety whitevand no stripes.Dario can ride on him but he does not trust him enough to do so.

Taijutsu: Really fast and strong and will find a way to hurt you either by breaking your arm etc. Only does this after he loses his weapon and he gets really tired after a small time so has to kill them or disable them ASAP.

Raikou Futan Kyuuzou (Lightning Charge Explosion)
This is the more advanced form of lightning charge.He can channel way more lightning and realease it to make a big explosion.This can be a last resort if the enemy is to strong he gives it all he has even if it will cost him his life.

Genjutsu:
Toki Chacha (Time Disruption)
He is the only one in his clan who can slow down time for about 5 seconds, he doesnt really stop time but to everyone it seems like it and after feels exhausted.

(Future) Toki Chacha (Time Disruption)
He later learns to munipilate it more and can do it for 30 seconds , he still gets the same side effects.

Kekkei Genkai: The lightning attacks and a summoning (which is a twin headed black dragon). His clan can also make rain clouds to aid them in battle,just like thier dragons that they ride in storms to help kill their enemies. When enemy hit with the electrical current its possible for me to stop the opponets heart.

Dragon details:The twin headed is dragon named Raiden can shoot lightning bolts and can combine his final attack and mine. He can charge up a giant ball of electricity.
The dragon has hard almost like armor skin is 12 ft tall and a wingspan of 18 ft. He looks more like an american dragon standing on two feet.

History: Has two older brothers who he killed to show to everyone how strong he really is.He actually had a good past but his older brothers picked on him just like all the other kids only becuase he is short. That is mainly why he doesn't trust anyone and is power hungry.That is also why the color of his lightning is a dark red.People have often called him a prodegy and became a genin when he was 8, but has gotten lazy at times people say he is wasting his talents by not becoming a chunin faster.

Dario is trying to learn more jutsus from whoever he thinks is strong and will ask them if he can train with them to learn their jutsu if they answer yes.His goal is to one of the seven swordmen but also to become the leader of the anbu in the mist village.

Other: He loves to play video games whenever he feels like not training. He is an awesome gamer

Personality: Dario is very hardworking when it comes to training but he is actually very lazy. He prefers to be by himself in missions or training. He never says no to a fight or challenge or competion who hates to lose and is very competitive. People might think he is very intimidating person at first glance but he is actually is. Is always first to say he will be the squad leader and can be bossy and overwhelming at times. When he dario is put into a corner and ambushed he will try to stay calm but he will stop at nothing to kill his opponet no matter what. He will be quick to judge people by the way they look. if they look weak, he will not be shy and say to them that they are inferior and because of that he starts a lot of trouble.

Appearance: Hikaru is rather tall for his age standing at five feet; he has dark brown hair, although you never see it with his bandana headband on the left like Momichi Zabuza to protect from attacks coming from that direction. Keeps his single Demon Wind Shuriken in his back pack he carries, along with his dead brother’s headband. He wears a gray hooded jacket with his clan’s symbol on it, a sunrise, and pockets on both sides and a single pocket in the middle along with his blue pants. He carries his kunai pouch on the back of his left hip; carries his shuriken holster on the side of his right thigh.
Personality: Hikaru is a boisterous kid with a sense of adventure if a somewhat practical. He never backs down from a challenge. Has a very strong personality and is full of self confidence. Hikaru does not get intimidated by anything anyone says. Always looks out for his teammates and feels it is his responsibility to never let anyone he cares for die because of what happened to his brother.
History: Hikaru’s dream is to become the strongest of all the Hokage, which is why he always studied during his days at the Ninja Academy. Always was in a practical mood playing jokes on all his fellow students and his teacher Nara Shikamaru. His clan is experts in Fire Jutsu but Hikaru has never been as good as the others learning Fireball Jutsu later than his elder brother had; which is why he wanted to do everything just as his brother did. When he died he was traumatized and never speaks of his brother anymore.
Was put in Squad Seven under the lead of Uzumaki Naruto, the famed “Toad Sage” along with Akira Uchiha, who he later falls in love with, and Isamu Tanaka.

He wears his Leaf village headband on his waist,his soud headband is in his backpack. When it is cold he wears a green sweater shirt with the leaf village sign,and under it is a blue shirt that says YOU LOSE! Also in the cold he wears fingerless gloves. In the hot he wears the same blue shirt just in short sleeve and a whit undershirt under it. He has nice red shorts. He has nice hazel green eyes. Sometimes in the hot he might just wear a sleeve less shirt.

History:Nano's chilhood was not the best. That was because he lived in the sound village and that is a bad place. So when Nano was only 3 his mom got killed when evil criminals in the Sound invaded their house. Nano's brother Matatsoshe also died but his sister Sakrina and his dad still lived. When Nano was 5 they realized this was enough so they moved to the leaf village to live a more peaceful life. Their life was more peaceful there people were nicer. But Nano kept the sound village headband to remember his brother and mom who risked their life. Since being in the Hyuuga clan he is kind of popular having the ability of Byakugan(age10),so th evil criminals wanted to robbed the Hyuuga's house and kiil the family. But luckily,as said before just Nano,Sakrina, and his dad lived. When Sakrina was 3(Nano's age was 6) she almost hurt with a shuriken because she accidently threw it. When Nano was 12 the evil criminals invaed their house(the same as in the sound) but they had a dog so the evil criminals left running and screaming back to were they belong.

Personality:Nano reacts stunned when bad things happen,now a days. He also tries to make jokes and be funny and have a great time. When somebody talk about something bad Nano tries to make the best of it. He is hapy,sad,angry a lotof that stuff. Sometimes he acts stupid just to be funny. Some people think it is funny while others think it is really annoying. But when it comes to becoming the greatest ninja and training Nano is always a very serious person. Nao is not the boring type he is already ready for action so he likes to fight. Nano is spunky,cool,he is only relaxed after a long day of work.,

Taijutsu:Nano is really good at Taijutsu.He practiced a lot.He is the type of straight forward person but always keeps his guard up.This is the taijutsu he uses:
Power Punchuts some chakra in his left/right arm and hand he punches the person with great force
Power kick:The same as power punch just in one of his leg.
Fury:He lungs right at the person punching,kicing,headbutting and a lot of things.
Gentle fist:He hits the person at thei chakra poinst5 until there are no more points left.Water Punch:Nano stores up water in his hand thenhits the opponent

Ninjustu:Nano has a wide assortment of Ninjutsu.
1-Mind Flash: Nano usually uses Byakugan and he stores up powr in his mind and there is a huge flash

Description/Appearance: Heiji stands at 5'9 weighs about 168lbs. He has short, blonde, curly hair and brown eyes. He wears a black hooded jacket, black pants and a black and yellow striped T-shirt. He also wears dark blue goggles and a black and a yellow glove that contain wool in the palm.

Personality: Buzz is a fun loving and a bit of a trouble making guy who can be your best friend or worst enemy. He's usually quiet with people he doesn't know, but then he shows his true side after he starts to trust them.

History: Buzz was a demo expert in the Cloud village, his passion for blowing things up was admired throughout the village. This passion came from
his parents wo were demo experts as well, sadly, they met their demise when they gave their lives in protecting the village from invaders. Buzz was young at the time and did not take it well, he coped with his loss by blowing small things up and always having a smile on his face. Soon however, he started to blow up bigger things and people so he was sent to the leaf villaage for training in calming himself. Nowadays he's been better and has made a few friends.

Ninjutsu: His clone jutsu, instead of simply disappearing ater impact, they create a small but non-deadly explosion, mainly to throw the enemy off guard than to hurt them.

Eletric Snake Whip: Buzz summons a long snake made out of eletricity to shock his enemies

Taijutsu: Buzz's Taijutsu contains moves Sparked from his elevctrical chakra he builds up with the palms of his gloves.

Shocking Razor : A projectile kick shaped in the form of a scythe, this attack cut even some of the most durable metals.

ThunderStrike: Heiji launches a projectile fist at the opponent, its speed and power depends on it's size. When small it is more precise and a bit more deadly. When bigger it hits more body parts and hits with less impact.

Otakebi No Rai (Roar of thunder): When all else fails, Buzz activates this hidden potential, in this state his physical abilities are enchanced ten-fold and his body becomes pure eletricity, but it only lasts ten minutes and his body is completely immobile for 30mins. afterwards.

Weapons: Kaiza doesnt really have any mainly used weapons, he just rushes into battle using whatever attacks he seams fit for it.

Apperance:Has blonde hair, scars around his neck and arms, wears his old head band on his leg. He wears a band which has symbols of ancient writing on his hand, it seems to glow and explude a aura in every battle he comes into.He wears a Red, glowing plate on his body, covered by a robe made by the silk of San-jiri spiders. A mediem-built body, strong physical appearance, his pants and lots of ripps so he wears a scale-like armor as shorts.

History: In the village of the Elements, when Kaiza was just borned, his parents saw a mysterious marking on his hand, it was shapped like spikes protroding from a crystal, they reported this to the ZeraKage(Hokage of teh Village). He looked back at the files of Birthmarks and found none of the sort. His dream was to become the world's first champion Ninja, but alas, no one knew as he was to shy to even speak a word of it. As he aged, the village trained him and only him under extreme presure. One day, he was sent to stop Free-lancer Ninjas from attacking the village, with his best friend, Azvuen, they fought side by side, what they didnt know was that it was actually a test by the ZeraKage. The fought together untill Azvuen was heavily injured, Kaiza placed him ontop of a tree, out of the enemy's sight to rest. Kaiza fought till he was almost torn to pieces. And then, it happened...
His hand glowed, his eyes turned from black to shiny gold, three sets of wings eruptd from his back, his entire body was merged with a armor of golden white...His head covered by a hood, and long white horns protrued from the armor...He opened his eyes and the forest where he was fighting in imploded on itself, Dissipating the Ninjas...and his best friend...The ZeraKage saw this and put a seal in his hand, and covered it with a special handband. After some time,the village forbidd him ever again from going back into the village...

Personality: Kaiza is somewhat like Sasuke, but not aiming to kill not his brother, but the ZeraKage. and somewhat like Naruto, always wanting attention to him self and wants to strive for his goals. But what inside him trobles him, how could he kill his best friend, he thinks....

Ninjutsu:
Earth element: Foretold Circles: The land around Kaiza becomes a circular wall, it then slams out, trapping enemies.

Water element: Veil of Water: A spiral of water engulfs the enemy, turning into a dragon and slamming down of the ground.

Water element: Ice field: The area gets covered with ice and ice crystals shoot out of the ground at random positions.

Earth element: Fissure blast: The earth slices into 2 and sharp, burning rocks slam out of it, it can form a spiral and trap the enemy.

Weapons: The standard ninja weapons (kunai, shuriken, scrolls, etc.), but he also wields two long knives, which he uses in most of his Taijutsu techniques.
Appearance: Hoori is garbed in the standard Anbu clothing style, but with a few twists of his own. His breastplate, rather than just being gray, is decorated with depictions of red fire. His arms are tattooed in the same style as his breastplate. When on missions, Hoori wears a white and red Anbu mask that resembles that of a wolf. He has brown hair and brown eyes. On his back he wears two sheaths, in which are located his knives. He keeps his kunai in little pockets on his boots and on his belt. His shuriken are located in a small fanny-pack on his belt.
Personality: Hoori enjoys training twenty-four hours a day, and only takes breaks when it is absolutely necessary. He works hard because he is afraid that if he doesn't, the lives of others could be at stake. He is pessimistic, and always expects the worst to happen. Because of this fact, he has saved the lives of many as a Chuunin and Anbu. He wishes to protect the people of Konoha from the terrible hands of the Akatsuki.
History: As a young Genin, Hoori saw many battles and many deaths. These experiences shaped him into the ninja he is today. After training for many years, Hoori finally succeeded in making it into the Anbu. His clan name is unknown to everyone (including himself), as he was found outside the village just a few weeks after his birth. Hoori, due to much training under many of Konoha's Jounin, has gained the ability to use three different kinds of elemental techniques. He can use Fire, Earth, and Wind Jutsu. Hoori once faced the infamous Kisame of the Akatsuki and nearly died. He only managed to survive by performing a well-timed Earth Clone Jutsu. The fight between him and Kisame happened because Kisame was attempting to assassinate one of the Konoha Elders (due to orders from his leaders, Pain and Madara). Hoori happened to be one of the Elder's guards at the time, and successfully saved the Elder. Hoori has seen many large battles, including the invasion of Konoha (led by Pain), in which he was still merely an Academy Student.

Description/appearance:Wangoli wears black all over, due to the forever mourning of his parents. His eyes are blue, and his fringe hangs over one of them, as a scar is there. He is 5"9 and never gets on with anybody.

Weapons:a staff.

Personality:Wangoli is forever scarred because of an incident that occurred in his childhood. Because of the incident, he didn't grow up with the necessary life skills that allowed him to socialize. This probably lead to his sadistic personality and his desire to kill who slaughtered his parents. If a situation occurs when he is stuck, he will act recklessly.

History:When Wangoli was young, his parents were murdered by a member of an scam artist group. He was also slashed in the eye, which lead to his growing of his fringe. He seeks revenge on the whole group, as they stole his fathers most prized possession.

Ninjutsu:Water clones, ice lance, substitution.
Taijutsu:Attacks with speed and precision, hitting pressure points to hurt enemies.
Genjutsu:Ice corridor-an never ending ice corridor is what the victim would see, while being attacked.

Name: Sophi Kizu

Age: 16

Village: Konoha

Weapons: Light weight gloves with claws on the end on her left hand.

Description/Appearance: Sophi wears black tight fitting pants which she is easily able to move around in. Covering her upper body she wears a black thin shirt with ripped off sleeves. This covers up that most of her body is covered in bandages which is her way of performing her summoning by writing on the bandages, these are also used as a way to ‘bind the animals inside’ by externally putting chakra into them. Her hair is jet black and reaches down past her shoulders, however most of the time it’s pulled back into a ponytail. She wears only basic sandals when she cannot get away with being barefoot as this is how she prefers to be.

Personality: Sophi is a very relaxed and chilled out girl. She feels herself to be in love with nature and the wildlife. She will frequently spend her time just sitting in forest areas just watching the sun through the trees rather than train herself. Despite all this though, she shares a close bond with her allies and will do almost anything possible to protect them. Her life style matches her fighting style as she uses her calm nature to give her complete concentration to blank out all other thoughts but she can also channel a huge amount of energy into her body parts she is fighting with without exhausting any chakra and not losing as much of her stamina.

History: Sophi’s family deeply runs back once being part of the Inuzuka clan, as such her family has themselves been known for animal assistance in their fighting however not to the extent of the Inuzuka. Over time their bloodline had died down and after long, only one in five were born with the Kekkei Genkai.

Sophi was born into a small family, she is the only female in her family, discounting her mother, and has five brothers, one of which also has the same Kekkei Genkai, and as such was at one point pampered by her parents. Once she had grown into a Gennin, she finally got them to stop and their attention turned to her five brothers. She wasn’t too pleased that from that point on she went egnored, but she had vowed that if she saved their lives then they’d finally speak to her again the way they used to.

Ninjutsu:
Animal clone: transform to an animal and creates clones
Herded strike: after an animal clone, each rushes in to attack
Summoning jutsu: summons her pets (hawk, dog, fox, tiger cub) for fusing with
Animal form: Sophi’s own variant to Kiba’s Four Legged technique
Taijutsu: Sophi has been able to open only one of the eight chakra gates except it has a serious downside of her gaining pure animal instincts in place of her own. Other than that all of her techniques are Taijutsu based or to support her Taijutsu.

Kekkei Genkai: Ikimo-yuukai (animal fusion): With her Kekkei genkai she can merge herself with animals to amplify her abilities. E.g. eagle gives her better eyes and sharp curled nails like talons; dog gives her strong sense of smell and sharp teeth, etc. At her level she can merge with up to three different animals without loosing too much chakra.

Weapons: He carries more throwing weapons than most Ninja would. He is a spefic user of string and carries several yards with him at all times. He also uses Letter Bombs and Fire Notes a lot during battle, slyly sticking them to the opponent's arm as he blocks a hit, etc.

Appearance: Slim and slightly scrawny. His arms and legs are fit, but he would not be considered strong at a glance. He always wears long sleeved clothing to cover his arms. The main shirt he wears is a black long sleeved shirt that runs and fits tightly around his wrists. The symbol on the back and front is a circle with a triangle within it, all three points touching the circle. His hair is dark brown and cut medium length. It is spiked back except for the bangs which fall forward. His eyes are a light hazel. He wears shorts that run to his knees that are black with red stripes that run straight down the side. A thin, black, stretchy material that runs down to his blue ninja sandals. His ninja tools are strapped to his right thigh and his pack is slightly to the left of the small of his back. His clothes fit tight since he needs to be agile with his Taijutsu and overall mobility.

History: As a child he lived in the Hidden Rain village. His father was part of the village council and very strict. However, Isaac never seemed to mind. The Nanako clan had been known for it's Kekkei Genkai, however the bloodline has dwindled and no one has shown any trace of the ability any more. A month after he turned 11, he was kidnapped by Sound Ninja. When he awoke, he found himself in a strange room with rock slab walls. He is tied down to some bed and is surrounded by computers. His arms and legs bound, he struggled to move but could not escape. Orochimaru walks in and begins to explain why he is here. He is simply a test for his new experiment for immortality. His father stands beside Orochimaru as he explains what he plans to do with him.

The operations begin: Orochimaru beleives that you can attain immortality by carving seals into your bones through chakra. Unfortunately he doesn't have anyone who has been able to survive the operation. Isaac's father said that he had noticed that Isaac had been quite sturdy with injuries and offered him as a test subject. His skin is torn open, limb by limb, while Kabuto forms the seals. He survives, but barely, and he is physically crippled in a sense. He is forced to test his abilities and he is trained in the art of the ninja. After a year of training, he had made little progress from what the scientists had deduced. If he used or manipulated too much Chakra, his bones would fracture due to stress. They did find he could slowly regenerate chakra at a higher than average rate, but above that it was a failure. Orochimaru, not having any use for him anymore, dumped him into the thick forest surrounding the Hidden Sound. His body weak and broken from training and malnutrition, he could only make it to the edge of the woods before he collapsed.

He awoke in a Konoha nursery bed. As he awakes the (Third) Hokage walks in and greets him, telling him a squad of ninja coming back from a mission picked him up along the way. After telling him that the mdical ninja had healed him to some extent he welcomed him to the Konoha. Being his only home now, he puts all his trust and heart into protecting Konoha and it's people.

Personality: Isaac is a very giving person. He goes out of his way to assist everyone in Konoha with anything he can. Be it going out of his way to hold a trash lid open for someone struggling with their garbage weight to carrying an old man across town. He has a light smile on most of the time, but when he's fighting his face is stern with concentration. He is very sensitive about others disrespecting Konoha. Usually he is polite and attempts to make the person rethink or re-establish their views before they keep at it, however if they go to far about the people or village of Konoha, he will lose his temper and yell at them. He would even go so far as to fight them to make them take back what they say. He is very friendly with just about anyone he meets. He's kind of bubbly and is cracks jokes every once in a while.

However, he is much different when it comes to fighting. He spends almost literally all the time that he is not helping out the villagers, eating, and sleeping training himself. His body is crippled so he can only use about 50% of his maximum chakra. However, since the scientists never saw this, his maximum chakra level is actually quite high, not even close to say Naruto's level, but very high for his age. Since he has to focus on using little chakra, he has focused far more into specific chakra concentration. He has great control over his chakra since he has had to tinker around a lot with his energy in order to find what works best for him and his handicap. His body is also much more frail than most other ninja, meaning a punch that might hurt someone's chest might break his ribcage. Because of this, he has had to train hard in order to avoid these problems. Because of that, he takes pride in every battle that he fights in. He thinks everything he does through thoroughly so as to avoid any damage. For this, he is usually quiet to silent during battles, always thinking to himself.

~Jutsu~

Bloodline: Though he does not know it yet, the symbols on his bones have had a strange effect on his blood. This is what allows him to focus and amass more chakra than a normal ninja, though he is still too crippled to make full use of it. With this effect, his previously dormant Kekkei Genkai is opened up to him. However, he does not know this yet.

Matogan: The Cross-hair Eyes. When activated, the user becomes almost a God of physics. A small circle appears around the eye and four lines make the pupil the center of a bulls-eye(which is how it got its name. Literal translation is 'Bulls-eye Eye'). With the precision of the Byakugan and the deduction of the Sharingan, the Matogan is a powerful weapon. He can throw his weapons with incredible accuracy, hitting a bullseye on a dartboard until there is literally no space left he could fit the tip of a Kunai. This also greatly increases his already high Taijutsu prowess. He will know exactly what the person is going to do before they do it, understanding it unlike the Sharingan which simply copies/naturally moves to it. Even a slight shift in weight will tell the user what the opponent is going to do. The downside is that it only works on things he has complete visual focus on. Everything in his periferal vision is just viewed normally since it isn't within the crosshairs. As long as he can concentrate on one thing at a time, he can deal with them appropriately.

Ninjutsu: Bakuhatsu Hikari (Burst Aura) - Since he lacks the bulk chakra to use more powerful moves, he has picked this technique up in his studies and wraps most of his strategy around it. It allows the user to simply take chunks of chakra and turn them into bursts of energy. When used, Isaac glows a faint light orange, a kind of aura surrounds him. With Burst Aura active, he can move faster and hit harder up to 3 times more efficiently, giving him the speed and power he needs in order to use his Taijutsu. The technique take about 1/3rd of his max chakra, and if he has to stop using it or is hit hard enough to make him lose his concentration, the technique dissappears and takes his chakra with it. He can keep the technique up for about 10 seconds before the set amount of chakra runs out. There is also a 30 second cool down time between uses so he can let his body rest and recover, otherwise he risks dealing skeletal structure damage.

Taijutsu: His Taijutsu has two main rules of thumb: hit and don't get hit. That means don't defend, don't risk a shot, he is trained to dodge. That is a good and bad thing, seeing as how he doesn't have to worry about defense, however if the opponent is faster or more powerful he could be in trouble against him since he can't block efficiently. His movements are precise and powerful. He's about as strong as a normal Genin, however his accuracy makes all his strikes far more effective and debilitating.

Full Moon Reversal: Leans back to dodge an attack. He grabs the extended limb and rotates in a full 360, spinning the opponent very fast around him before slamming them into the ground.

Genjutsu: Uses the basic Clone and Tunneling Jutsu in combat. With his precise aiming, he can use a clone as bait while waiting underneath it, ready to strike at any time.

Other: If Isaac is pushed to the limit, he will do what Orochimaru's scientists called a 'Limit Break'. That means he pushes past his natural set 50% limit use on his chakra and allows him up to 90% of the maximum amount. His emotions over run his subconcious limit he puts on his chakra to avoid the skeletal fracturing and he gains access to far more power at a price. Needless to say he becomes very powerful if this activates. However, after use, his body goes through shock and several of his bones fracture or break due to the intense stress they were just put under. A 'two-edged-sword' so to say. This will only activate when he is really put on the edge (ex: close to death, friend is close to death/dies).

Well I don't like how everyone is so eger to make their own character so powerful so fast. I want Isaac to develope with the story as time goes, learning a new technique or two along the way. I could have given him the move I wanted to give him, Tenga (Heaven Fang), but I realized that, logically, most ninja would not know high level jutsu right away. He also isn't overpowered in the least, which means every fight isn't going to be about pure power. He has to play it safe and strike at the perfect time if he wants to win. His whole technique is based around the ideal of the 'double-edged-sword'. If he hurts the opponent, he could end up hurting himself in the making. Notice in Naruto, most moves that are powerful come at a price. Sasuke was limited to 2 Chidori's, Naruto can't use the Fuuton: Rasen Shuriken because it destroys his arm, and Rock Lee couldn't activate the Gates witout being drained right after usage. That being said, I didn't want to give him a technique that is totally one sided. That's just boring IMO. Plus his past can be brought up at any time (he has a brother too, but I'm not gonna mention him unless he is to be part of the plot/subplot) since he is closely related to Orochimaru and the Hidden Leaf.

(BTW: Tenga is a almost a makeshift Rasengan. However, instead of focusing the technique into a sphere, Isaac learns to force his chakra to a point in front of his hand and spin the chakra, forming a drill of sorts. He had to do this instead of the Rasengan simply because he couldn't muster the full power needed to form it. It is just about as powerful, since all the pressure is exerted into a single point instead of the surface of a sphere. When the attack pierces into the opponent enough/Isaac needs to finish the technique, he removes the chakra shell {the chakra that formed the cone shape itself like how Naruto had to hold the Rasengan in the orb} and the chakra swirling within explodes out towards the opponent and launches them away. Obviously strong, however he can only form one every 10 minutes since his chakra is so low.)

Weapons: Apart from Kunai and Shuriken, Sarayu uses a weapon she has dubbed 'Stormbreak.' Stormbreak is a katana made from the same metal as a Chakra knife. Becuase of this, Sarayu can focus her Chakra into the blade.
Description: Sarayu wears a tight grey shirt and shorts most of the time. She is quite thin due to her strict diet policy. She wears black leather gloves outside of combat. She has a set of scars on her arm from the torture the Akatsuki ninja put her through, which she usually covers with her shirt. She wears a piece of grey cloth with a white Cloud Village logo on it over her scars just to be entirely sure that no one can see them. Her hair is filthy most of the time, so it is hard to tell that her hair is black. jagged bangs cover her forehead and effectively frame the sides of her face. Sarayu's eyes are grey, like storm clouds. Her skin is quite pale.
Personality: Sarayu is a quiet, shy girl. She doesn't like talking to strangers unless she has to, becuase of her past ordeals. She is extremely judgmental of people, but doesn't voice her opinions becuase they would probably get her beaten up. Sarayu prefers to remain in the shadows and out of peoples attention. That way, she can always suprise any opponents. Sarayu doesn't see how people can put so much faith in others, becuase they could turn in an instant to fulfil their own selfish goals. She refuses to bond with people, seeing it as something that makes her weak.
History: Sarayu was born in the Village Hidden in the Clouds. Her parents weren't that important, but Sarayu had a good upbringing and quickly learnt right from wrong. For her, the world was a tiny space where nothing could ever hurt her.

Then, one day she decided to go out of the village and explore. She was captured by an Akatsuki member, who tortured her by cutting her arm with a Kunai while demanding that she tell him of any secret ways into the village. Eventually the pain and fear became too much for Sarayu. She tapped into her Chakra and attacked the Akatsuki guy using her Thunderclap Taijutsu. It disabled him long enough for Sarayu to escape and get back to the village. Sarayu's world changed becuase of the torture. It wasn't a safe place anymore, it was a lawless world where anyone could hurt her and she had to learn to fight back. She started to rapidly learn Jutsu and advance her skills with weapons.

Eventually, she recieved Stormbreak from her uncle, a power user of the Lightning Style Jutsu. With Stormbreak, Sarayu became a far more powerful ninja.

NinJutsu:
Lightning Style: Storm Burst
Sarayu releases a burst of lightning from her body. This hits everything within a metre of her and can temporarily stun a human.

Lightning Style: Thunder Attract
Sarayu throws a Kunai or Shuriken into whatever she wants to affect. Then a bolt of lightning hits the Kunai or Shruiken, electrifying whatever Sarayu was aiming at.

Future Ninjutsu
Kusanagi Sword: Chidori Katana
Sarayu focuses a Chidori into Stormbreak, allowing it to cut through anything. This numbs the flesh around any wounds she inflicts with Stormbreak, due to the electric shock.

Chidori
Sarayu focuses Chakra into her arm, causing the Chakra to become visible. The Chakra is converted into electricity and Sarayu stabs her opponent with it.

Taijutsu:
Sarayu's Taijutsu focuses on overwhelming her opponent as quickly as possible,to avoid injury. To this extent she uses techniques designed to kill as quickly as possible.

Thunderclap
Sarayu focuses her Chakra into her fists, increasing her physical strength. This technique is named becuase it makes a thunderclap sound on impact.

Final Blow
Sarayu focuses a large amount of her Chakra into one blow that can easily kill if used right. This is an extremely dangerous technique, as it can very quickly deplete Sarayu's Chakra.
Lightning Blade
Just a more powerul Chidori that needs more Chakra and better Chakra Control.

lol see? Everyone tends to learn the Chidori since it's a freakin badass move. However the Chidori itself is limited to only Sasuke (Raikiri for Kakashi). That why I don't like taking stuff from the other characters... no offense storymasterb
