Name: Gaia Silent Wind

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Village: Hidden Leaf Village.

Weapon of choice: Kunai's with ropes attached so she can swing from one place to another, also shurikens with ropes to catch people in it. Gaia also has got a woodenstaf. She has got small smoke bombs too.

Appearance: Gaia has got brown, medium-long to her shoulders waving hair. She has got bright green eyes. Her arms are somewhat muscled (Not extremely). She has got a large chest and a medium waist. She's also light-brown skinned and fits in the skinny category.

Gaia wears a Sleeveless blue shirt and a pair of red to her knees going pants, and nothing on her feet. And she has got a small yellow bag around her hips, for carrying shurikens, kunai's and other items including smoke bombs. She has got a red hairband wrapped around her left-upper arm which she wrappes around her forhead when she states she fights fully.

Personality: Calm and caring, but she tends to stay off from everybody. She tends to draw whenever bored or has time for it in her, she loves nature and usually is around there sitting in a tree observing others. When she's with friends, she can be very friendly to them. She very silent yet extremely smart too.

In battle, Gaia uses strange yet working strategies, brute force and her jutsu's to overcome her opponents. She usually tends to stay silent, and work slowely in a fight.

History: Not much is known about Gaia's origin or original clan. But it is known she was found between two dead bodies; a man and a woman, likely her parents. She was then raised by the hokage, who took care of her and learned the way of the ninja.

When Gaia turned 13, she was one of the best students and ninja's of her age. But she didn't had much friends since she tends to stay quite and do what is needed to. After much succesfull missions and years she was 17 and the hokage made a suggestion of joining this tournament, to which she agreed.

Hidden/Kekkei Genkai:

>Eye of the Hawk: Gaia can use her eyes to see chakra points from everyone and see further than normal humans; she can also see movements on the second. Her eyes turn gold yellow when using this

Taijutsu:

>Claws of the Fast: Gaia makes her hands into sharp claws using air in her surroundings. It can cut true most things,

>Fast punch: Gaia punches fast into the air, and then the punches travel true air to his the opponent.

>Hand Stab: Gaia quickly stabs the opponent with straight fingers at a chakra point to close it down and give mildly damage.

>Wind bullets: Gaia makes bullets out of the air on her fingertips, and then throws them to the opponent, at either just the body or appointed chakra points.

>Fist of the Giant: Gaia bites a small hole in her dumb and then breathes air into it. The fist becomes larger this way and causes to do lots of damage to the opponent.

>Aircombat: Gaia punches swift and hard alot of times thanks to her wind chakra, the opponent almost cannot avoid this.

>Upperchin: Gaia punches the opponent up high in the air, and then jumps up herself and slams the opponent into the ground.

>Chakra Point: Gaia charges forward to the opponent, and stabs/kicks/punches his/her chakra points.

Ninjutsu:

>Shield of Air: Gaia makes a shield using air in her surroundings. It can block off most weak to medium attacks easily, and then sends them back.

> Shadow Clone Technique: Gaia creates copies using her chakra; these clones can actually touch or hurt something/one.

>Sphere defense: Gaia uses her chakra to make a sphere that grows bigger around her. Knocking her opponents and attacks away from her.

>Steam affliction: Gaia unleashes massive Chakra, which releases something blue steam like from her Chakra points to move faster in her attacks and movements. She usually won’t use this technique since it eats her alive (almost literally) as it causes her body to bleed at several places, she loses lot’s of chakra when she uses this.

>Airspeeder: Gaia makes a ball of air where she then stands on to move faster around to dodge attacks.

>Flight in the winds: Gaia quickly kicks the ground to jump up high, and then releases air from her feet to float or fly around.

>Suckerpunch: Gaia vanishes by the use of chakra, and then appears behind her opponent to use a close-by stealth attack.

>Smokeblowing: Gaia blows smoke out of her mouth to escape from her opponent.

>Whirlwind of fate: Gaia runs in circles around either nobody or the opponent(s) which causes her to make a whirlwind. Which she can either fight with the opponent or use to hurt the opponent.

Genjutsu:

>Room of cutting nightmares: Gaia makes a circle form room of room, and cuts around; which causes parts of the body from the opponent go fly around, but also hurt the opponent's chakra points. After 2 minutes, the body parts return to normal again. But the chakra points that have been hit will stay either shut or hurt.

>Ring of fate: Gaia makes a circle using her 2 hands, which makes a ring around the opponent’s neck to drain chakra from her victim.

Other: She's very fast, since she can use her windchakra to release air from her feet to escape quickly.

Jayden lead them into the castle, and then waited for the doors to close before turning to address his two comrades, "Sorry about that, but we're in. Mechs, Gaia, stick together. Go find the prison, and set free whoever you can. Lead them out of this place. Kiba, Brooke, and one of my old friends should be following us. Take anyone you find to their boat. I... have a bone to pick with the aristocrat here. Are we clear?"

Jayden got a nod from each of them before turning down a familiar hallway and slipping away into the darkness.

"Guess we've got no choice Mechs" Gaia said as she grabbed his arm and started running the opposite way where Jayden went. "Come on Mechs!" Gaia said as Mechs wasn't running, "This is dangerous territory!" She said, and finally Mechs started running.

When they arrived at a staircase they ran down into the basement, which was huge. "This is it!" Gaia said, "Now where is that control room?" Gaia asked to Mechs.

"tuttuttut," A deep voice said, "Not so fast pretty girl."

"No," Gaia muttered as she freezed on her spot,

Suddenly a man in a black suit and blond hair walked out of a small room and stopped in front of Mechs and her, "Boy boy you've grown up there girl. That was long ago." He said as he put his left hand in his pocket to grab a pack of sigarets and a lighter, he picked a sigaret out of the pack, putted it back and lit it then stook it in his mouth to blow out some smoke. "Since I'm the new Warden around here, I won't let you pass." He said, "But since I'm also the new Warden, I can't let you escape either." He added, as he jumped up and kicked Mechs away,

"Mechs!" Gaia shouted, "You ok?" She asked whilst turning around to see if Mechs was ok.

"Tuttut, no time to turn around there." The man said, as he stood in front of her, and blowed some smoke out of his mouth again.

"One thing is clear," Gaia stated, "I still hate you Sinji."

"I love you too," Sinji said as he was about to kick her.

"Not a change," Gaia said as she blocked Sinji's kick with her own leg, "Mechs! Do what you've gotta do, I'll hold him here for long as possible!" Gaia shouted as she started kicking Sinji, whilst he was kicking back. Suddenly Sinji slammed his fist into her face which blown her into the wall,

"Now to get the other fly." Sinji said as he took his sigaret out of his mouth,

"Not so fast Warden." Gaia said as she stood up again, "I'm your opponent and nobody else!" She stated "Come on Mechs! Go!" She said as she kicked in Sinji's way to hit him in his chest.

Name: Tanaka Hayashi

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Village: Village hidden in the Mist

Weapon of choice: A regular sword. He doesn't use so much for melee, but needs it for the type of Jutsu he and his clan uses.

Appearance: Tanaka is about 5'9", and has black hair. It isn't really long, but if you had to guess, it would be more on the shorter side, with some bits sticking up from the back-top, like he had just gotten out of bed. He has light brown skin, and belt going across his front to hold his sword when not in battle. His eye colour is Dark brown. In fact, they are so dark, it seems as if they are black, if looked at from afar. He is not fat, but is more on the skinny side of someone had to guess. He is about Naruto's width.

He wears a black long-sleeved shirt, with the chunin vest ontop of it. He wears black capris(similar to that of Gold from HGSS). He wears black sandals, that cover most of his feet, except for the toe part. His head band goes around his neck, instead of the forehead.

Personality: Tanaka is kind of shy, but isn't really afraid to express his feelings towards a certain situation, unless he knows it is a bad moment to do so. He can get cocky at times, but only shows this side when he's with close friends. He is also kind of lazy, and hates doing missions, especially tedious ones. He also likes to learn new Jutsu, especially if they will make him stronger.

He Absolutely hates it when people make fun of his clan, ever since most of the members died when the Kaguya clan invaded the village. It has been slowly recovering since then. He likes to try new things, but is not stupid. He won't try and do dumb things, such as jump of of a cliff, or try a fight an opponent he knows he is going to lose against.

History: Tanaka's clan was severely cut of a few members during the time the Kaguya Clan invaded the Mist Village. He had survived, along with some others. Years went by, and he had eventually graduated form the ninja Academy, and promoted to Genin. During his time as a Genin, he had mostly done Petty missions, such as fetching someone's cat, or escorting someone to another village.

After a couple of more years, he was promoted to Chunin. He has completed a number of missions, but none of which have been 'incredibly' dangerous. His clan has also started to recover, getting more members over time. Nothing else has really happened that is intersting.

Hidden/Kekkei Genkai: His clan has one, but it has not been passed down to him. Right now, only 6 other members have the bloodline trait. One of which, is his cousin.

Taijutsu: He doesn't really have any. He only uses his sword for hand-to-hand combat, but doesn't use it all that much.

Ninjutsu: His clan mostly uses Water style Jutsu, so that s what Tanaka specializes in.

Water Style: Water Aura Jutsu: Similar to Neji's Rotation Jutsu. Water starts to spiral around the user, repelling most attacks. It doesn't repel all attacks though.

Water Style: Aqua Flood Jutsu: Tanaka can shoot water out of his mouth(like Kisame), and make a decent amount of water. It is not as ood as having a lake around, but Tanaka needs it for his jutsu, as he is not as experienced.

Water Style: Sprial Wave Jutsu: Tanaka's ace in the hole. Taught to him by a previous member of his clan, but died a short while ago. He is currently the only member to know this Jutsu. For this jutsu he needs his sword though, or else it won't be much good. He takes out his sword, and water starts to spiral around his sword. He needs to follow up by moving it in a circular moiton, and then the water starts to thrust forwards to the desired direction. Depending on how much water there is, the bigger the spiral wave, and more powerful it will be. The downside is, this attack uses most of his chakra, and will tire him out.

Water Style: Water Wall Jutsu: An easy Jutsu to learn. He gathers up water, and use it as a small wall of defense, or for thrusting at opponents.

Genjutsu: N/A

Other: Not really. He only uses his sword when he needs it.

RPG Sample:

Tanaka trekked along the dirt covered path to the village's forest. The thin layer of snow crunched beneath his feet. The forest was flooded with fog, and it was dark, and cold...VERY cold. He didn't really mind it though, as he was used to living in these conditions.

" Why is it me?" He softly spoke tohimself. " You'd think a chunin would get a better mission than getting someone's cat." He walked past a couple of trees, squinting his eyes, trying to get a clear view of his surroundings. The snow mae it harder to travel, as it covered up hidden potholes, making it hard for most people wandering through the forest.

Tanaka turned his attention to a bush. " What the-" Something dark pounced out.

" SCREECH!" The cat came jumping out of a bush, startling Tanaka.

" Hey, you scared me." He looked at the cat closer, and saw a collar with something attached to it. " It's a Paper Bomb!" He quickly acted fast and ripped the collar off of the cat, throwing it in the air. Boom! The bomb exploded, makign a large, thick, black cloud of dust, high above Tanaka and the cat. He grabbed the cat and started to run towards the village.

This can only mean that I'm being abushed... He jumped from tree to tree, trying to get out of the maze of a forest. Suddenly, three shuriken came flying out of what seemed to be nowhere, slightly missing Tanaka, piercing into a tree. " Looks like we're not going anywhere without a fight..."

Name: Shirosame Doubutsu

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Village: Hidden Mist

Weapon of choice: A glaive similar in design to the one Sailor Saturn from Sailor Moon wields.

Appearance: Shirosame is medium-tall with a deceivingly frail build. His shaggy hair is as pale and silvery as the light of a full moon and is spiked downwards. When anyone peers into his steel-grey eyes they instantly see a child-like innocence. His ears come to an elf-like point. His thin lips are always curved up into a warm, gentle smile. His skin is fairly tan, by Irish standards that is. On his left arm, between his elbow and shoulder, is a mark that looks like two sharks teeth forming an hourglass shape. Sticking from his back, between his shoulder blades, is a flesh-toned dorsal fin with a smaller one just above his pelvis.
In terms of wardrobe Shirosame is slightly fashionable. He wears a silvery, skin tight top with sleeves that extend halfway between his shoulder and elbow. When it comes to pants he wears silvery board shorts that go to just below the kneecap. His shoes are grey hiking boots with matching laces. His silvery gloves have a similar design to those of Byakuya from Bleach and extend to just past his wrist. Around his neck is a silvery collar-like necklace with a gold pendant that has a pattern resembling the mark on his arm. He wears a silvery Mist headband and typical chunin vest with silvery coloring.


Personality: Shirosame is innocent like a child and occasionally gullible. He cares about all life, and will often put someone else’s safety before his. His most obvious quality is his purity of heart. He is always kind and caring. He is shy and quiet with a very meek demeanor. He isn’t someone that could be considered strong, he is easy to upset and can be a crybaby at times. Despite his obvious musical and dance talents, he tends to lack self-confidence. He is an absolute pacifist and will only fight if he has no other choice or is ordered to. Should he be forced to fight he will try to hold back and give his opponent chances to stop. He tends to be merciful and will refrain from finishing his opponents off; if he isn’t angered, that is.
If something angers him, not only will **** freeze over but it will also break loose. When angered he is very cunning and much more willing to fight, he also tends to be more savage and ruthless too, partially to the shark DNA. One of the very few ways he is capable of being angered is someone threatening one of his loved ones.


History: Shirosame was born in Kirigakure unto the Doubutsu clan. When he was barely one month old he, due to his clan’s bloodline limit, had his DNA fused with that of a Great White Shark. From the time he was two until he joined the academy he trained in the abilities his limit gave him.
At the academy he was sometimes teased due to the appearance his kekkei genkai gave him, causing him to become somewhat quiet about his thoughts and feelings. When he began as a genin he started to learn about the bonds of friendship. When he entered the chunin exams, his team managed through the first exam easily but things during the second exam proved to be more challenging. When they entered the third part, he met some difficulty from his opponents. Eventually he emerged as one of the victorious ones and was promoted to chunin, along with one of his teammates. The years passed and he became one of the most respected chunin in kirigakure, now he’s been ordered to attend a tournament in the village hidden in the mangroves. He doesn’t know what awaits him there, but that makes it even more exciting.

Hidden/Kekkei Genkai: Gene fusion: Great white- Unlike most Kekkei Genkai, his is in constant use from the day he is born. His family’s Kekkei Genkai allows them to have their DNA fused with that of an animal, a Great White in Shirosane’s case, causing them to express some features of that animal. The animal they are fused with tends to dictate what kind of jutsu they can easily do, for shirosame it is ninjutsu and taijutsu, as well as their chakra element, for Shirosane its water.

Taijutsu: Shark Barrage: uses chakra to make user's fists and feet became covered by a chakra shield, which is as sharp as razors, and then uses a feroucious barrage of close-range attacks to crush your enemy.
The rest of his skills in hand-to-hand combat resemble dance moves.

Ninjutsu: Shabon stream jutsu.- fires a stream of chakra-infused bubbles at his opponent that explode on contact.
Aqua wall jutsu- Creates a wall of water in front of Shirosame
Fog veil Jutsu- Casts a dense fog over a certain area.

RPG Sample: Aisha beckoned those who had arrived to form a circle around her. As soon as they gathered a strange creature brought her a book between it's jaws. She thanked it and began to tell everyone who gathered about her friends, the predecessors to all those gathered, and what was going on in the digital world. From speaking of the darkness that covered Oni Island to the temples being built, she had spared no detail in her account. As she finished her tale she jumped to her feet and said, “We need to the power of the crests back, gather your power and destroy those temples now before Lucemon has the chance to strike. Our last stop will be Oni Island where we will take out those blasted minions of his and the dark lord will follow. Waka will fall at our feet and our story will finally be completed!” After pausing to take a breath she said,“The barrier to Oni Island is still down, unable to be reformed after such a hit, but it is not long before Lucemon gathers his powers again and rebuilds the barrier, stopping us from getting anywhere near him. Time is of the essence and the digital world is falling deeper and deeper into darkness. Please, will you help me?”
Maon stood there, tears welling in his eyes as his heart broke for her.
"I'll definitely help." he said in a soft tone.
"That's the spirit!" cheered a voice from behind him.
Maon turned around and saw a small green creature. It's head was a pink flower that was topped with a sprout. He let out a cry of surprise and backed away form the creature.
"Don't be like that, you're my Digi-Destined partner. You do have a Digivice after all." replied the creature.
Maon regained his composure then said, "If you say so..." after a brief pause he reached out his hand and said, "My name's Maon."
"I'm Lalamon." she said before laughing, "What kind of name is Moon anyways?!"
"It's Gaelic for Hero." he said softly.
Lalamon stopped laughing and said, "Really? that's so cool!" Her voice oozed admiration.
Maon chuckled softly then said, "Thanks." He looked at Aisha and the others, they seemed like they were people that wouldn't judge him, unlike most of his schoolmates in Dublin. Maybe they would, over time, become good friends.
"So what should we do?" he asked, hoping someone would provide answers.

again, i shouldent really care, but i strongly advise you to get more jutsus, also, all your jutsus have a downside. Almost everyone used atleast one jutsu without a downside. Also, almost all your jutsus are kisame and hyuga can jutsus combined, and very close to my character's battle style. if you don't want to change it no matter what, here's an idea. Parasite, i hope you approve this, but since he is sort of weak, how about we make it so Takamaru (my character) is a good friend of Tanaka, and Takamaru trains him and helps him gain more jutsus? that way, it will be easier for him to think of new jutsus for his character, and besides, my Takamaru is the same age as Tanaka.

When it comes to pants he wears silvery board shorts that go to just below the kneecap. His shoes are grey hiking boots with matching laces. His silvery gloves have a similar design to those of Byakuya from Bleach and extend to just past his wrist. Around his neck is a silvery collar-like necklace with a gold pendant that has a pattern resembling the mark on his arm. He wears a silvery Mist headband and typical chunin vest with silvery coloring.


Personality: Shirosame is innocent like a child and occasionally gullible. He cares about all life, and will often put someone else’s safety before his. His most obvious quality is his purity of heart. He is always kind and caring. He is shy and quiet with a very meek demeanor. He isn’t someone that could be considered strong, he is easy to upset and can be a crybaby at times. Despite his obvious musical and dance talents, he tends to lack self-confidence. He is an absolute pacifist and will only fight if he has no other choice or is ordered to. Should he be forced to fight he will try to hold back and give his opponent chances to stop. He tends to be merciful and will refrain from finishing his opponents off; if he isn’t angered, that is.
If something angers him, not only will **** freeze over but it will also break loose. When angered he is very cunning and much more willing to fight, he also tends to be more savage and ruthless too, partially to the shark DNA. One of the very few ways he is capable of being angered is someone threatening one of his loved ones.


History: Shirosame was born in Kirigakure unto the Doubutsu clan. When he was barely one month old he, due to his clan’s bloodline limit, had his DNA fused with that of a Great White Shark. From the time he was two until he joined the academy he trained in the abilities his limit gave him.
At the academy he was sometimes teased due to the appearance his kekkei genkai gave him, causing him to become somewhat quiet about his thoughts and feelings. When he began as a genin he started to learn about the bonds of friendship. When he entered the chunin exams, his team managed through the first exam easily but things during the second exam proved to be more challenging. When they entered the third part, he met some difficulty from his opponents. Eventually he emerged as one of the victorious ones and was promoted to chunin, along with one of his teammates. The years passed and he became one of the most respected chunin in kirigakure, now he’s been ordered to attend a tournament in the village hidden in the mangroves. He doesn’t know what awaits him there, but that makes it even more exciting.

Hidden/Kekkei Genkai: Gene fusion: Great white- Unlike most Kekkei Genkai, his is in constant use from the day he is born. His family’s Kekkei Genkai allows them to have their DNA fused with that of an animal, a Great White in Shirosane’s case, causing them to express some features of that animal. The animal they are fused with tends to dictate what kind of jutsu they can easily do, for shirosame it is ninjutsu and taijutsu, as well as their chakra element, for Shirosane its water.

Taijutsu: Shark kick- if Shirosame’s skin makes contact with his opponent during the kick his skin will scratch them and cause them to bleed.
Shark punch- Similar effect to shark kick.
Shark slash- Slashes at his opponent, the dentacles of his fingers cutting at their skin.
The rest of his skills in hand-to-hand combat resemble dance moves.

Ninjutsu: Shabon stream jutsu.- fires a stream of chakra-infused bubbles at his opponent.
Shabon Grenade jutsu- throws a chakra-infused bubble that explodes on contact.
Water-based healing jutsu
Aqua wall jutsu- Creates a wall of water in front of Shirosame
Fog veil- Casts a dense fog over a certain area.

She thanked it and began to tell everyone who gathered about her friends, the predecessors to all those gathered, and what was going on in the digital world. From speaking of the darkness that covered Oni Island to the temples being built, she had spared no detail in her account. As she finished her tale she jumped to her feet and said, “We need to the power of the crests back, gather your power and destroy those temples now before Lucemon has the chance to strike. Our last stop will be Oni Island where we will take out those blasted minions of his and the dark lord will follow. Maon turned around and saw a small green creature. It's head was a pink flower that was topped with a sprout. He let out a cry of surprise and backed away form the creature.
"Don't be like that, you're my Digi-Destined partner. You do have a Digivice after all." replied the creature.
Maon regained his composure then said, "If you say so..." after a brief pause he reached out his hand and said, "My name's Maon."
"I'm Lalamon." she said before laughing, "What kind of name is Moon anyways?!"

Lalamon stopped laughing and said, "Really? that's so cool!" Her voice oozed admiration.

first, the firegloves would be taijutsu. the whole fistfight? no, that is not taijutsu. taijutsu is using chakra to boost your fighting skills, and so on. like for example, covering your fists with chakra to make your fists turn into flame.

Also, since you put the shadow clone in your sign up, your other two ninjutsu are useless. you can do those with the shadow clone jutsu. you just out up a stragety.

So, now all you have is one ninjutsu, and one taijutsu. you need alot more. there is absolutly NO way that you will get accepted like that.

Name: Kaisuke Ryusui

Age/Sex: 16/Male

Village: Ryugakure, Village Hidden by the Dragon

Weapons of choice: Aside from the standard shurikens and kunai, Kaisuke uses a short 2-foot long black iron katana, the same one his father used at his age. The katana was made from a iron meteorite, which fell near Kaisuke's father when he was travelling, so it is very strong. But, he isn't very proficient at using it, as he's comfortable at ranged fighting, and he only uses it if the enemy gets close. Another strange weapon is his mother's Seed Bombs. The seeds are grown with a special chemical compound, which when infused with chakra, explodes. There is also another seed based weapon Kaisuke carries, it's called a Overgrow Seed. The Overgrow Seeds allow Kaisuke to grow plants as weaponry using the Grass-style Growth Ninjutsu his mother taught him. (NOTE: DO NOT confuse this with the First Hokage's jutsu. This jutsu only speeds up growth and controls the plants, it doesn't create them out of chakra.)

Appearance: Kaisuke doesn't like to dress flamboyantly, or show off. He likes simple clothing, which is shown by a simple modified forest camoflauge Chunin vest, and what is meant by modified is that the right shoulder is left uncovered. Under that vest, he wears a black tunic, that is equippes long, loose, robe-like sleeves. For pants, Kaisuke wears kahki cargo shorts, supported by his black headband-turned-belt. Attached to his belt, are packs filled with his tools, seeds, and medicines. His sword is mounted in its sheath right above Kaisuke's posterior. For footwear, Kai wears the standard black ninja sandals, but his sandals have hidden blades in their heels.

Kai borrows many features from his parents. His hair is jet black, like his mother's, but short and wavy, like his father's. He also shares his father's deep blue eyes, and his mother's small, slender nose. He's average in height and weight, like most ninja his age. But, he's not as muscular as most ninja, much of his muscle is in his arms, as he doesn't do much strength training as much as he does ranged weaponry training.


Personality: Kai doesn't speak much, as he is very seculsive and shy. He's very respectful to others, and he all around a kind soul. As the Ryukage's son, a lot is expected out of him, and of course, Kai was expected to become a ninja, much like his father. The only problem with this is that Kai doesn't like fighting up-close and personal that much, which is why he specializes in ranged combat and medical-ninjutsu. His teachers have always said they expected a more agressive warrior out of the Ryukage's son. The Ryukage, Tomu Ryusui, decided it was best to let his wife, the head of the Ryugakure's Medical-Nin Hana Herami, teach Kai in the art of the shinobi. Kai developed much of his intelligence under his mother's teachings, as he researched through scrolls upon scrolls about astronomy, medical ninjutsu, and his mother's own Grass-style ninjutsu from her homeland. Due to this, he's very analytical, thinking of the best stratigies and tactics that will insure a victory from a ranged position. His lessons with his mother further renforced Kai's near-pacifistic nature, as he didn't kill unless he explicitly needed to.

History: It all started with Tomu Ryusui's father. His father was a ninja in a shinobi village in the far western reaches of the ninja world. While pregnant with Tomu, Tomu's mother became ill with a unusual disease. The disease was eating away at both the unborn Tomu, and Tomu's mother. Village legend said that there lived mystical dragons in the steep mountains that surrounded the village that could heal anybody with their mystical chakra. Tomu's father ventured up to the dragon's den, and persuaded the dragon to lend its chakra. The dragon healed both Tomu and his mother. Months later, Tomu was born, but not without exibiting some side-effects from the dragon chakra infusion. Tomu could transform his fingers and toes into dragon claws, and he could sprout dragon wings out of his back. After a few years, Tomu learned to control this, and he led a normal life till the age of 14. One day, a ninja village stormed into the village and killed everybody. Tomu watched as his father failingly tried to defend both him and his mother. As they died, it triggered an uncontrolable rage inside Tomu, which unlocked the full power of the dragon inside him. After a matter of minutes, the enemy either was dead from Tomu's claw, or was retreating. Now, without a home, Tomu ventured out into the world, as a mercenary-ninja. It was during this adventure where he met Hana. Hana was the Land of the Grass lord's daughter, and she was one of the most respected ninja in the village. After foiling a kidnapping attempt by some disgruntled Grass-nin, the Grass-lord gave Tomu a large reward, and Hana volenteered to travel with him. After a year or two of mercenary work, the couple settled down in the northern region of the ninja world, in a area of land situated between the Waterfall Village, The Land of Fire, and the defunct Land of Sound. With both the rewards from the Grass Lord and funds from the mercenary work, the two set up a small village. The village soon grew over the years, and it established itself as a promenent shinobi village. Kai was born on the 5th anniversary of the village's settlement. He entered the Ryugakure Academy at age 7, and made Chunin by his father's recommendation at age 12. Now, Tomu decided that Kaisuke could prove himself a great ninja if he particpated in the Contest of Peace. If Kaisuke won the contest, the village would accept him as a ninja more, and the Ryugakure could finally show itself to be a rival of the older, larger, and much more promenent shinobi villages.

Kekkei Genkai: Dragon Release/Style and Dragon Form

Due to Tomu having the dragon chakra infusion, Kai genetically has dragon chakra too. Dragon chakra is a primordial blend of the diffrent chakra types, and it can only be used at full power if the user has pure Dragon chakra. Unfortunately, humans cannot harness the pure power of Dragon chakra, so Dragon chakra boosts the power of the user's chakra type and boosts the power of jutsu outside the user's type, which in Kai's case, would be anything outside the Wind-type.

The Dragon Form is a special transformation jutsu, where the human body is turned into a hybrid human-dragon. The fingers and toes turn into claws. The teeth are sharper and pointier. Dragon wings sprout from the shoulder blades, and a tail sprouts from the tailbone. This transformation gives the user increased speed, agility, chakra potency, visual power, and flight capablities. The downside is that even though Tomu can transform both his hands and feet into dragon claws, and that both of his eyes develops the Ryugan (it can see in most of the electromagnetic specturm, but it cannot zoom, track high-speed objects, or see chakra. So it isn't another Sharing/Byakugan.), in Kai only his right hand transforms into claws, and only his right eye develops Ryugan. This is attributed to the fact that he doesn't carry as much Dragon chakra as his father, which is also the reason he can't stay in Dragon Form for more than 8 minutes.

Ninjutsu: Most of his ninjutsu is ranged based, as with his style. He knows that most of the jutsu that are ranged take a lot of chakra, so he knows not to spam the ranged ninjustu. Most of the jutsu were taught by his father and/or mother.

Dragon Style: Dragon Blaze Jutsu- This is similar to many Fire Style jutsu, except for the fact this nave blue flame cannon doesn't just burn, it microscopically cuts through body tissue using.

Wind Style: Gale Force Cannon Jutsu- Basically a directed air blast which pushes an enemy away from Kai. Kai likes to slip a paper bomb in the stream sometimes in order to plant it on the enemy without them knowing.

Fire Style: Dragon Flame Jutsu- Blasts a stream of intense flames from the user's mouth.

Lightning Style: Lighting Dragon Jutsu- Envelopes the user in a electric current, which can be fired in small dragon shaped bolts.

Grass Style: Flora Bomb Jutsu- For use with the Seed Bombs, it ignites the seeds, causing an small explosion.

Grass Style: Overgrow Jutsu- Uses the Overgrow Seeds to produce plants that can grow and be controlled as weapons. Example: a rose thorn kunai, razor petals

Grass Style: Nature Union Jutsu- By eating a special seed from a flower only Hana can grow, Kai can become part plant. His arms and legs can grow and bent to be used as whips. In this form, he can use sunlight to regain lost chakra, but he's left defense-less. Also, while in this form, Kai's greatest weakness is Fire Style Jutsu. The only limit to the jutsu is that after a few minutes, the immune system kicks in, and Kai has to release the jutsu in order to prevent damage to his body.

Medical Ninjutsu- General med-ninjutsu, which can be used in conjunction with Hana's floral medicine to heal.

Genjutsu: Kai has a bit of genjutsu talent, but he doesn't like using genjutsu compared to using ninjutsu or tools.

Eternal Darkness Jutsu- Evelops the area in a pitch black cloud, which blinds everybody but the user or a person with a dojutsu (eye jutsu) that can see through it.

Rain of 1000 Knives Jutsu- Makes the user think that they're being impaled with knives that fall straight down from the sky.

Taijutsu: As a specialist in range comabt, Kai doesn't have the same taijutsu skills as a ninja of equal age. Only in the Dragon Form is when Kai uses taijutsu to shread the enemy to peices with his claws.

Iron Meteorite Sword- slashes with the sword. But, the way he uses his sword can be easily countered by an actual sword welder.

Dragon Claw- When in Dragon Form, Kai can slash, swipe, and tear at an enemy using his claws coupled with his agility.

Tempest Claw- Kai, while in Dragon Form, uses his Wind chakra to generate a potent wind current around his claw. The wind will shread and tear through human tissue, clothing, and most other solid obsticles. Though, rocks and metal are not fazed by the attack.

Other Info: Exact weight and height is 5' 9" and 170 lbs. Kai has a taste for Western food.

His victory was cut short, as a metal object flew across Thomas's face and impaled itself in a wall to his right. Thomas saw that the object was a throwing knife, and he turned to his left and noticed a woman dressed in a black and white camoflauge kimono.

"Gaia, you mean our inside agent?" the woman asked. "Judging by how you said that statement, Gaia must have blown her cover already. The flameboyant idiot..."

"Gaia's not an idiot!" Thomas shouted defensivly. "She may be flameboyant, but not an idiot!"

"Oh!" the black haired woman gasped, in a mocking tone. "You must like the little traitor..."

Thomas scowled at the woman, and pointed his sword at her.

"Enough of this! My name is Thomas R. Solace, former Brigader General in the Aristocracy Air Force, now Squadron Leader of the Behemoth Sky Pirate Wing." Thomas stated. "Who are you?"
"Mai Kurosuki," the woman replied. "And it seems you're a traitor yourself?"

Thomas ignored this, and started his attack at Mai. Mai raised her arm, and as the sleeve of the kimono slid down her arm, it revealed that she was holding a throwing knife in her hand. She swiped her arm downward and threw the knife. Thomas dodged the sharp flying weapon, but it grazed his left sholder, and left a nasty cut in it. Thomas continued on with his attack, letting his anger drive him so that he may beat Gaia's oppressors. Thomas swiped upwards with his blade, but Mai dodged by stepping backwards to avoid decapitation. Thomas turned the upwards slash into a forward stab, and lunged at Mai. Mai quickly withdrew a knife from the depths of her kimono, and used it to block Thomas's stab. She then pushed Thomas's katana weilding hand away with her open left hand, and she sliced Thomas's chest with the knife in her right hand. Thomas jumped backwards to avoid another knife attack. The slash penitrated his skin, and caused some considerable bleeding. But Thomas's special, military grade, jacket took most of the knife's damage. Thomas stopped to think of his next move.

'The only opening I've seen with her is directly after she releases a knife to throw,' thought Thomas. 'If I can get her to throw a knife when I'm near her, I can quickly attack her there.'

Thomas raised his sword again, and rushed at Mai.

"I bet you can't hit me in the head with one of your throwing knifes!" Thomas taunted.

Mai developed a irritated look on her face.

"You bet, little boy?" she retorted.

Mai threw the knife that she had in her right hand at Thomas's forehead. All seemed to be the end of Thomas, as the knife neared its target. Thomas reached for the straw hat that was still perched on his head, and swiped the incoming knife with it. The knife veered off course and impaled itself in the wall to the left of him.

'Thanks, Gaia...' Thomas thought.

Mai tried to reload another knife, but it was too late. Thomas preformed the upwards slash that he had tried earlier, and it sliced Mai across her torso. Mai fell backwards, grunting in pain as she landed sitting down.

"Why you..." Mai mumbled as she tried to get a knife from within her kimono. Thomas noticed this action, and stabbed Mai in both sholders.

"There now your arms won't be a problem," said Thomas. "Now, I've got a question to ask you."

Thomas held his sword to Mai throat. Mai's eyes stared at the blade, fearing the threat of decapitation.

"What would have been Gaia's escape plan if she were to be discovered?" Thomas asked Mai.

"S-She would have to make her way to the Full Moon, our flagship." Mai responded. "Now please, spare me."

"Thank you..." Thomas said as he swiped his sword, cutting the head off of Mai's body. "Unfortunately, I don't give mercy to those who have wronged others..."

Thomas placed the straw hat back on his head as he walked from the decapitated body...

Fera, i just wanted to say, there are some MAJOR things, and little things that i forgot to mention that you might want to change.

Weapon of choice: Scythe. I didn't want it to look to evil, so this was the least evil-looking one I could find.

Raiko is constantly ignoring missions that he is to carry out, but only accepts them if they are higher than an A-rank.

this is second, and a middle problem. The only missions higher than A-rank are S-rank, and those are known to be failed by even 20 anbu black ops together some times.

Raiko eventually graduated from the Academy

This is huge one. the one before this? well if Raikojust graduated, how can he beat even a A-rank? just graduates usually do F or E-rank. Naruto's team was tricked into getting an B-rank, after getting a bunch of other missions done. They only succeded because of the folowing reasons.
*Kakashi was known as a ninja genius, and has a Sharingan.
*Sasuke has the same reason as Kakashi.
*Naruto has the demon fox in him.

Also, they usually graduate at about the age of 13-14.

Also, the chunins are usually gotten at atleast age of 16.

Raiko doesn't fight with his hands. Instead, he let's his scythe do the talking. If he does get his scythe taken away, he can possibly be your worst nightmare.

Sort of big, how can he get stronger without the scyth than with the scyth?

Transformation Jutsu: Raiko loves this one, mainly just because it's easy to play pranks on his students.

Weapon of choice: Kaminari, better known as Akuma, uses a yari (japanese spear. The blade is about 2 feet long, and is a triangular formation, with a sharp point over a crescent shape blade. The blade is made out of a iron, with a strange whitish tint to it. The shaft is about 4 feet long, and is made of a sturdy metal that is adorned with many symbols adorning it.

Appearance: Akuma stands about six feet tall, with a slender yet fit build. He has longer limbs than his torso, giving him an ungainly appearance, however he is very aloof and balanced. He has dark skin, a relatively normal tone for his village, and has long white hair that droops down his head, stopping at the tap of his neck. He lets his long hair fall onto the front of his face. The headband is white in color. He has sharp green eyes, with a lazy expression on his face, and a sharp nose. He has thin white eyebrows, and wears a bracelet on his left hand with "Lightning" written in characters.

When Akuma is not on mission, Akuma normally wears a black tank top with "Wind" written on the front of the shirt. He wears a white vest over his black tank top with his forehead protector in the center of the vest. He also wears long black pants, and wears the typical wooden sandals. If he is out of town, he wears a navy blue trench coat and a large wooden hat. When he is on mission, he typically wears a sleeveless Kumogakure flak jacket, and cream colored pants.

Personality: Akuma is careful and precise when on mission, taking the utmost care in every little detail. As such, he hates rushing, seeing patience as a virtue. He always has a back-up plan just in case something goes terribly wrong, which is rare. He is the type of person that will give a lecture on the exact details and order of events. He also is very protective of all his teammates, and will go to many lengths to prevent any mishaps.

When Akuma is not on mission, he is incredibly calm and indifferent to many things, and rarely picks fights. He is known to lecture often, especially to his students. He enjoys reading a good book, and can often be seen sitting on rooftops or cliffs reading war novels. He is a bit lazy, preferring to wait out certain events, whether than charge head on; giving decisions some thought before acting. However, if his town or allies are in danger, he will leap to action.

History: Akuma was born in Kumogakure, though his mother was born in The Land of Sand, in an unamed village. Due to irrevocable family separations, his mother, Izume, left the village in search of better opportunities. Somehow she manged to be traveling on the road at the time of his father's military placement near Kumogakure. They eventually fell in love, and gave birth to Kaminari. He was given the nickname Akuma during his childhood, stemming from his mischievous streak before he became a genin. When he first took the examination, he breezed through the exam due to his ninjutsu prowess.

When he was 13, he tried to take the Chunin exam. Due to his childishness and inattention to his training, he was knocked out of the first round by one of his school rivals. He was so humiliated that with his father's direction, he trained his taijutsu for another a year. When he took the exam the next year, he made it to the semi-finals of the Chunin exam, and meet a very powerful ninja with strong defensive jutsu. Akuma eventually bested him, and passed his exams. After watching the fight, the current Raikage gave him a recommendation for younger students, and a recommendation for the tournament.

Hidden/Kekkei Genkai: None

Taijutsu: Akuma specializes in spear attacks and kicks.
Flash Steps: Using lightning chakra, Akuma seemingly moves almost instantaneously, and strikes the opponent with a drop kick. It is avoidable, but high agility is required.
Reflex Kicks: Akuma kicks the opponent numerous times, which is controlled by lightning chakra.
Spear Sweep: Using wind chakra, Akuma sweeps his yari, leaving a trail of wind that can trip enemies.
Mantle: Switching to the pole part of his yari, Akuma slams the pole into an enemy using wind chakra, which knocks the opponent back.

Ninjutsu: Akuma is much more adept in ninjutsu than taijutsu. He uses his wind and electric chakra for attacking.
Lightning Release! Magnet Field: Akuma uses creates a field of electricity that causes mild numbness to every one in the air. Its affects are indiscriminate.
Lightining Release! Shock Coil!: Akuma creates a whip along the tip of his hand, and grabs the opponent, shocking them if it makes contact.
Wind Release! Air Ducts: Akuma creates a pocket of air that expands until it implodes, becoming a vacuum of wind that drags opponents towards the explosion.
Wind Release! Whirlwind Dance: Akuma spins around quickly, creating a small gale. He then throws it forward, and it becomes a full fledged gustnado, cutting the enemy.
Lightning Javelin: Akuma releases electric chakra in the form of a javelin, and throws it. It explodes on contact with anything, and can shock anyone caught in its radius.
Turbulence: Akuma creates a seal of wind on the ground that pushes the opponent in the air while pushing back down against the object trapped in the seal. Has a high chakra output in the preparation, and is not recommended when low on chakra

Genjutsu: Akuma is not as skilled in genjutsu, but he does have the ability to use genjutsu.
Ion Field: Akuma coaxes the opponent in believing they are trapped in a field of electricity that constantly shocks them just enough to cause severe pain, but not death. Very taxing on chakra levels.
Wind Gate: Akuma tricks the opponent in believing that they are trapped in a giant tornado, and cannot escape.
Other: Kaminari means "thunder" while Akuma means "demon." Senshi means "warrior." Akuma has two younger sisters, and his favorite food is sushi.

RPG Sample:

"Alright students, today we will learn about field work and the paper work required to do the missions!" Akuma smiled as he grabbed a stack of paper with an F-Rank Raikage seal of approval. One of the students, a red haired girl with serious look on her face spoke quietly in a gentle tone. She wore a large purplish blue jacket and black pants.

"Will this be a hard mission?" She whispered, hoping her fellow students did not hear. However, the blue haired girl sitting on the ground next to her stood up and walked over to her.

"Oh shut up Riara!! Just be glad we finally get to learn about missions instead of that normal junk we had to learn. This girl was not older than 10 years of age spoke loudly and blatantly, chewing on a pink stick of gum. She wore a cream colored vest, and black shorts, and wore her headband across her face.

"But Lee... What if we get hurt?" Riara whined as she poke. Lee counted you to scold her, and Akuma stood up, hoping to stop this quarrel.

"You two! We are not going on a mission. We are learning about the exact way to carry out a mission. I mean you two are the only ones talking. Renji has not spoke yet! I thought you were his twin Riara!" Akuma paused for a moment, hoping the silence would get to them. Riara hung her head down, while Lee rolled her eyes. Renji smiled as he Akuma scolded his fellow teammates.

"All right, sit down, and we shall begin our lecture." Akuma smirked as he watched his students all sigh in discontent. It was going to be a very long lecture; Akuma would make sure...
