Naruto Game Poll: Clash of Ninja series vs. Ultimate Ninja series

From what I've seen, both game series have completely different battle engines. The Clash of Ninja series (or Gekitou Ninja Taisen) for GCN are more straight forward fighting games that can also support up to four players and Tag Team Battles in the later games. While the Ultimate Ninja (Narultimate Hero) series for the PS2 opts for a more Smash Bros. style, with items, characters switching between two planes, and calling in support characters.

For the people who have played at least one game from both series, which one did you find more enjoyable?

I only own the first Clash of Ninja game, so I really can't judge yet, although from videos I've seen, Ultimate Ninja seems interesting, moreso than CoN, I'll admit, but what I didn't like were the multiple scenes that occured whenever someone used a super special attack/finisher.

I got Naruto:Clash of ninja on release date and I loved it I played the third game at anime cons so I knew mostly how to fight and stuff I liked N:CON alot.

I just got Naruto Ultimate Ninja a couple days ago and I like it alot too the battle took some time getting used to good thing there was a practice mode and doing the special moves look great and you gotta do the button combonation in the right time to do another combo.

I like both Naruto clash of ninja and Naruto Ultimate Ninja equally both are fun and stuff though the special moves on Naruto Ultimate Ninja looked very cool and i'll be getting Naruto clash of ninja2 and Naruto Ultimate Ninja when they're released.

I have the 3 GCN ones and I love them. I never played the PS2 ones before

I like the Ultimate series better even though I bought Clash of Ninja(Dissapointed),but I like Narultimate Hero 3 more(Imported)

Yeah the first clash of ninja is not really good it's the first game on ngc and was released in augest 2003 I think =D

The second one is much better because they have more characters this time and can have four people in vs mode i'm not sure how is the other modes on it because I only seen it in vs mode at anime cons.

Naruto ultimate ninja is pretty cool I was hoping it'd be good and it comes with a naruto patch for your t-shirt, bag or whatever mine came with Sakura i'm pretty sure it's random characters, but I don't have friends who owns it right now. =\
