Aren't they like two different genres or something? I don't know, I like Yu-Gi-Oh, but Naruto seems cooler and more entertaining than people playing a game of cards.

They're completely different in all aspects of anime. Now, if you were comparing Yuugiou to, say, Duel Masters or something, it would make more sense.

To answer the question, I thoroughly enjoy the Japanese Yuugiou more than Naruto. If you were comparing the English "Yu-Gi-Oh" to Naruto, then I'd say Naruto. Because 4Kids sucks. *cough*
