I need to know the best nature(s), EV's, Moveset and all that Jazz for the first 3 gen's and also the 3rd gen lengdarys? Oh and if someone can, can you show me a/the link to the BIG page of movesets for all the R/S/E/FR/LG pokemon.

It all depends on what kind of attacks you want on it, and which of its stats you wish to be ultilized. Go to www.smogon.com for a comprehensive moveset guide, but if you wanted the Serebii.net link, it's here: http://www.serebii.net/potw/
