Depends on what you want your pokemon to excel at. Natures increase certain stats.

There is no best nature. It all depends on what Pokemon you're talking about.

Ex:Metagross' best nature is Adament, since its Attack is WAY higher than its Special Attack stat.

just the basics aright:

Physical (eg. Metagross, Salamence, Heracross, etc): Adamant/jolly

Special (eg. Alakazam, Starmie, jolteon etc): Timid/modest

Defensives (eg. skarmory, donphan, weezing etc):Bold/impish (usually impish)

Special Defensives (eg. blissey, vaporeon, snorlax etc): Careful/Bold

Speedsters: Timid/Jolly/(sometimes) Naiive

i think u mean whats ur favorite nature and mine is serious and if thats not wat you mean there is no best
