Is there anywhere that tells you the best natures for pokemon.

No but generally the best used natures are ones that increase the pokemons highest stat and decrease either Attack, Special Attack or in some cases Speed depending on how it is used.

Maybe you can go to the RMT and post your Pokemon with the moveset here, and some member will suggest the best nature for it.

there isn't necessarily a best nature for a pokemon.....
There are however several natures that are good for one.
the better ones are ones that increase a stat that a pkemon would do good with while decreasing a stat it doesn't need.
For example a stat that either increases a pikachu's speed or sp attk would be good because pikas are usually fast strikers and most their moves use sp attk. It would also do ok with a lowering of its sp def or attack since it's major weakness is a normal defensive attacker (ground type) and it doesn't use much attack moves (unless you use quick attack or something).
The best thing you can do is look at what your pokemon will be doing.... will it be a strong attacker? then give it a + i whatever attack type it'll use most.
Will it be a defensive wall? then give it the defense type it needs most.
Not all pokemon are just attackers or just defenders.... they can go either way so choose a nature that best suits your purpose.
