Need a lot of help with emerald team.

Hi, I haven't posted here for a year or so as I haven't been playing my games much. As such my team for the Battle Frontier (obviously this team is for emerald) has fallen into chaos, at the moment I have;

Lv. 100 Metagross @ Kings Rock
Adamant
Hp 185 (No Ev's)
Attack 398 (255 Ev's)
Defense 326 (Half of Max Ev's for stat)
Sp. Attack 199 (No EV's)
Sp. Def 236 (Half of Max Ev's for stat)
Speed 176 (leftover Ev's)

Explosion
Sludge Bomb
Meteor Mash
Earthquake

I'm not getting rid of him 'cos he's my fave, but the other is expendable.

Lv. 100 Crobat *Mainly used because it's shiny and I want to show off

I don't really have a third but I mainly use a non-EV trained Latias, I won't post it's stats because it (LAtias) needs changing. Crobat would be nice to keep, but if you think it's not suitable I'll ditch her. Please help

I've never liked CB Metagross as it doesn't let me change my move if the oponent switches. I'll consider Rock Slide, where do you get a TM for it? (I have all Advance games and will happily play through for a TM) but doesn't Shadow Ball use SP. attack? I forgot to paste Crobats move set (I have now) and will definantely use that move set, unless I use Shadow ball with Metagross.

All gohst moves are psychical Rock slide you can get in FR or Emerald from the move tutor have good luck with your crobat mine i just like the one i posted and it has won alot for me
Edit: If you dont like Cbgross then use the same moveset i posted but then with leftovers
