need constructive criticism on my team

I am learning more and more about better moves and pokemon. I used to think more powerful move=better pokemon. Tell me what i should change and what is good about my team. Only tell me something bad if you have a way to fix it.

LG team:
Snorlax- body slam, rollout, defense curl, hyper beam
charizard- flamethower, blast burn, fly, return
kingdra- surf, rain dance, hydro pump, hyper beam
Metagross- meteor mash, earthquake, shadow ball, psychic
Zapdos- shock wave, charge, thunder, drill peck
Mewtew- swift, recover, brick break, psychic

I know i have a lot improve but with your help I can get a better team.

oh yeah they are all level 100

kingdra- surf, rain dance, ice beam, filler
Metagross- meteor mash, earthquake, shadow ball, explosion
Zapdos- thunder bolt, rest, sleep talk, thunder wave/drill peck/light screen
Mewtew- psychic, thunderbolt, calm mind, recover

I know i have a lot improve but with your help I can get a better team.
