need help for any ppl who got shinys from soft

hi ppl i just started to try to get a shiny torchic and i was wondering how long it took u guys with soft resets for any pokemon like legendarys, starters, or like beldum?

EDIT: It took five days of constant reseting to get my shiny Torchic. Though you may be lucky and get it sooner, or unlucky and get it later.

Its all up to luck. Just cause someone took 2 days to get one doesnt mean it'll take u 2 days

Took me three days to get a black Rayquaza... there's no way i'm ever soft resetting for a shiny again. Annoyingly, my brother got a shiny Moltres on his first battle with it, it's entirely down to luck.

I caught a shiny suicune it didn't take that long and then i caught a shiny hariyama in like......2 weeks lol

It's not gonna matter, 'cause it's all random, but if it helps....I got my on SR shiny (Groudon) in less than ten minutes. XD

I was looking for an Articuno with good Iv's and Nature but instead i got a shiny one after looking for it for about an hour and a half

^^ZOMG Lucky! Articuno is my second favorite pokemon and I reset for one forever. I also tried for a shiny Mewtwo and got it after 5,000 something trys. But it's all down to luck, really.

I've never been bothered to reset for shinys, actually. :x

But, if you want to get one, you have to have loads of patience and luck. Getting one can take from your first try to weeks.

I did that for Latias down at Southern Island a while back. Took about two months. That's the last time I do something that takes extravagant luck unless it's Fall. In the fall I am apparently very lucky. 5 shinies in one season... wow.

i hate things that go to luck because it might take forever....like beating the Elite 4 with only 2 pokemon over lvl 50 and the rest being less than 40

And...HOW ON EARTH you got the shiny Suicune? that´s my fav Pokemon ever!!!!
