I don't get it. I defeated Gengar from the team meanies in the sinister forest before in the first half of the game. I can't seem to find him in the same location again after beating the first half f the game. I want to get Gardevoir. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

So how exactly can I get Gardevoir? Or as a matter of fact, just re read it, how do I get Team Meanie's Gengar to join in my team in order for me to get Gardevoir?

After saving Medicham in Wish Cave, one day Gengar will come to your door asking you to bring him to Ninetails. Then you bring him through a 20-floor dungeon you instantly unlock called Murky Cave. You will meet Gardevoir there, she will lose her memory, then come back to the town. Talk to her in Pokémon Square and she will join your team

That's why I said 'Team Meanie's Gengar', 'Team Meanie's Gengar'. That page didn't tell me what dungeon he is in so I have no idea where to fin.....
