Need help on my BF team

So far, I have a Salamance, Metagross, and Pelipper. The Salamance and Metagross aren't going to be switched, but I'm planning on replacing Pelipper. The question is, should I switch it for a:
Starmie-Modest@Shell Bell
Recover
T-bolt
Ice Beam
Surf

or

Latios-Modest@Shell Bell/Lum
*Same moveset as Starmie*

*Also, I don't need suggestions for EV's or movesets for my Metagross and Salamanece*

your Starmie set is fine but Timid is better

well what items are on your Metagross and Salamence?

depends on the facility. I usually use Leftovers/Lum Berry/Focus Band

You can't use the Soul Dew in the BF anyway Its what makes it Uber.
