need help on "red rescue dungeon"...

I'm back, and have some questions. I need help on this game and need a few q's answered... If you can answer them for me thanks alot... Here they are:

1. How do I evolve my Pikachu (19) and Chikorita (19)?
2. I've beaten Zapdos... but can't get to the Hill of Ancients. Help?
3. How often do wild pokemon ask to be a team member?
4. Do you need a friend area for a certain member to join?
5. I can't stand the fact that dungeons have evolved pokes... Why?
6. Do you keep items even if you lose at a dungeon?
7. When you start a new game, can your personalities match ANY of the 366 pokemon of Kanto-Hoeem?
8. Can your team have a legendary in it?

Thats all... if you can answer, please do...

First off. Wrong forum try the MD forum below this one.
Anyway

1. You can't evolve untill you beat Rayquazza/Pikachu evolves with the Thunder Stone
2.You mean you can't acess the dungeon?
3. The higher level,rank raises the percent they ask.
4. Yes except some Legendaries
5. They evolved before....(Don't want to spoil)
6. No

8. Yes

Oh, ok. Thanks, but the Hill of Ancients, I mean, I can't get through it. Too many leeches in there, it sickens me. My Chikorita never attacks, just uses Reflect, so she's useless too. I can try to put the other members that are in my friend areas, but can you people decide which one I should take?

Current team: Pikachu, Chikorita
Friends: Magnemite, Elekid, Ledyba, Rattata

I'll add more when they ask...

Just depends on the level. Besides have you tried training at the Makuhita Dojo? In case you don't know go down from Pokemon Square.

Turn off Reflect in Chikorita's moves. You can do this by (when you are in a dungeon) going to their movesets and go to Reflect and press Switch. Now, Chikorita wont be able to use Reflect until u turn it on.

Or just replace it with a better move. I don't have a defensive move on me. They are pretty useless in Mystery Dungeon.

ok guys, ive just beaten moltres (hard even with pikachu) and am going o fight articuno (the "hardest") which'll probably be a *****. im about to enter the peak of the frosty woods and have a final team of: pikachu, lv.22, chickorita, lv.22. (pika: thndrshock, slam, tail whip, double team chika: tackle, razor leaf, poisonpowder, synthesis* <uses too much) is this good enough to fight articuno?

Hm try to restock on Oran berries in the optional dungeon. Also, if you have a link box try linking some moves. If you can't do any of that. Try to do a little training. At least 23 or 24 woulds be good and just use Thundershock a lot(Trust me I have a pikachu as a partner -_-)

Note: If you level Pikachu to lvl 26, it learns Thunderbolt.
Chikorita to lvl 29, it learns Body Slam, Wow how useful

ok i just beat articuno and conquered mt.freeze which means i got peoples trust again. i was shocked to find out i wasn't the human who abandoned gardy. anyway what do i do from here?

Try and find "Punish The Bad Mankey Gang" on the bulliten board. If not there do some random missions.

The floor before you fought the mankey gang. ALWAYS.

Just get chestnuts and give to them and you peel automatically.
