Its a little bit hard to get scyther silver wind. Silver wind's an egg move, so you have to breed a male bug pokemon with silver wind and a female scyther. that's how you get it to learn silver wind. Scythers can't learn silver wind by themsleves.

It's not that hard to get Silver wind for Scyther. All you need is a male butterfree and female scyther. Butterfree has to be rather high leveled to get silver wind though, about like 50+.

Good idea to keep False Swipe in there. Scyther is almost too strong for wild Pokemon without it.

What if he/she didn't want to waste teaching Venomoth SW? Besides, If you didn't want to level up Butterfree, just give it the EXP.share until it learns SW. Easy as that.

Lol you just need 2 tiny mushrooms to teach it to venomoth that simpel and why is it a waste besides you can get tons of mushrooms and its way faster then the stupid butterfree raise thing easyer as THAT

scyther ;123;
- wing attack/ aerial ace
- slash
- false swipe
- sword dance

Scizor ;212;
- aerial ace
- slash
- false swipe/ steel wing
- sword dance/ steel wing

it's recommended you get rid of false swipe for steel wing or slash if you really hate it

but I got rid of sword dance becuase I'd rather take down faster, even if the attack would probably let me 1 hit KO alot more stuff

i batton pass doubleteam to him off my umbreon then sub and max out my attack and defence, batton pass to my ninjask, boost speed a good few turns then batton pass and sweep with my snorlax

i like to send out groudon first to bring out the sun, then start maxing out my evasion, if they land a hit or 2, i completely recover with morning sun, then carrying out maxing out evasion/attack, heal once more then sweep
