need help to choose

I'm on my lg and this is what I am having probelms with. here are my 4 pokes, but I want to add lapras dragonite and an electric so I was wonering who should I switch??

naughty(only kept because it was female)

sleep talk

yawn(will change to either shadow ball or fire blast)

I can't get curse yet so I plan to abuse the sleep talker lax

I can't choose to make him a baton passer or a special sweeper need help

hp-grass(power is 68)
Brick Break(willing to change to either dragon claw or sunny day)

-my charizard's atk ev is 8 so phy atcks are pretty much out of the question

nidoking L.30*Mr nido

horn attack(will be megahorn)
poison sting(will be EQ)
focus energy(will be either sludge bomb or shadow ball)

this is what I am thinking for lapras and dragonite

rest/sing/confuse ray

Sub/..... need another physical attack since rock slide and EQ belong to nidoking
FP/wing attack

I only will take sub punch off if I use a sub punching raichu

You can. But Snorlax is more useful in-game since it can actually sweep.
