need help with emerald team & movesets

i really need help with what moves i should give my emerald team, which are currently being EV trained. most of the moves are terrible but thats because i've just hatched them.

I've got:


gligar
Trait: hyper cutter
EVs: 6 hp, 252 attack, 252 speed
Nature: jolly
-earthquake
-poison sting
-quick attack
-sand attack

jynx
Trait: oblivious
EVs: 255 speed, 255 sp attack
Nature: timid
-pound
-lick

Trait: static
EVs: need help with this
Nature: mild
-quick attack
-light screen
-thunder punch
-leer

salamence
Trait: rock head
EVs: need help with this
Nature: adamant

also, i've got a mild gengar with levitate but i'm not sure if i should replace one of the pokes on my team with it.

I would say that if you're using Aggron offensively, put EV's into Atk and Def.
