Need help with EVs

I'd really like to destroy my friend with this team (6 to 0 victory!) but I'm not good at EVs and I don't use Hidden Power and it would make me happy if you can help me. Feel free to replace any Pokemon with a better one if you think it's better for the team. Here's my team:

*Aerodactyl
Trait: Rock Head
Nature: Jolly (+Spd -Sp.atk)
Item: Choice Band
EVs: 6 Hp / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Moves:
~Aerial Ace

~Rock Slide

*Starmie

Nature: Timid (+Spd -Atk)

Adamant is better than Jolly, but since this is a cartridge team, I know you can't do much about it, so this guy is okay.

I really do not see any need for this with Aero on the team.

Salac is fine. You'll want Silver wind > SD or Agility to hit Ghosts.

Rapid Spin

I like Rest over Explosion, but it's your call.

Umbreon

Uh, you need a low Speed DV and no Speed for Wishpassing Umbreon to work, so that they can't get a hit on the Pokemon that receives Wish.

Rapid spin is pointless on Starmie due to the lack of spikers in-game or link up and it´s even more pointless when he has Claydol for that (Ín which i´d recommend he ditch RS)

Thanks for your replies. I'm actually testing this team on NetBattle and I haven't started building it yet on my GBA. That's because I don't want to waste my time training my Pokemon and have to re-breed them or even replace them when someone tells me they're pointless in the team just like Salamence. So does anyone have a suggestion on what Pokemon should I use instead of Salamence because I really don't know what to use. I'm thinking on Gengar but I'm not sure if it would work out. And I don't know if I should keep Claydol or not. It's not a big help for the team.

And about that Umbreon (you're all going to laught but...) I'm not using it as a Wishpasser but more like an annoyer. I know, I know but it's quite good for the team: Toxic, Wish, Protect to prevent big damage and Taunt if they want to Rest or set up. It's a good strategy but it doesn't work against steel types.

Standard is Tbolt > Psychic. And that is only the standard gar set, there are a load of others that work equally well.
