Need help with 'extinct' berries

When I was into contests, I stupidly used up all my qualot and grepa berries by making pokeblocks out of em. I know need these berries to reduce the EVs on my pokemon. Is there any way I can get these berries back?

Well people will give you berries like the berry masters wife and that lady by lillycove city she usualy only gives me 1 type of berry though. The berry shop lady gives you 1 or 2 berries as well, so does the berry master each day so maybe you can get 1 from them.

Berry master is your only way to get them.
And berry master gives you two berries, not one.

You can also trade them with a friend, just let a pokemon hold it.

the guy in lilycove only gives you berries 1-10. kelpsy and qualot you have to get from the berry master.

Theres a girl that gives u a razz berry on your way 2 Fallarbor Town and a boy outside the house near the cave south of Fallarbor gives u a berry.

I always get Qualots from the Berry Master, often only those... ^^;; And I got a Grepa berry from the girl Kiri in Sootopolis City.
