Need Help With Pokedex

Well for starters i only have 4 Hoenn Pokemon to get which are Laturn, Seadra, Kingdra...but i don't known what is the the 180th Hoenn Pokemon that is After Relicanth and before Chinchou?

Need help A.S.A.P

The 170th pokemon of the hoenn dex is rhydon.
corsolla is between those 2 and is the 180th pokemon though.
In ruby you can trade for it at a house of the town that floats on water or you can fish for it with the super rod on route 128 or evergrandecity

I heard from someone if you have 199 you'll get a call from Prof. Birch

180th pokemon is Corsola...

You can trade for it with a bellosom or you can fish one up.

Its not a lie.If you have 200 pokemons in the dex (without jirachi and deoxys) you can go to proffesor birch and he will give you one of the jhoto starters.
It is true and I have cyndaquil on my emerald and the other two on my other two copies and I am using them for the BF.
Note that this works on emerald only.

if you get 200 hoenn pokemon(wich include some kanto and jhoto pokemon) he won't call you, you go to prf. birch and he'll give you a chioce of JHOTO starters(yes most sites say its kanto starters but they are wrong) this is ONLY FOR EMERALD VERSION!

You get a call from professor Birch when you've catched all 200 Pokémon (excluding Jirachi ang Deoxys), and you can get Chikorita, Cyndaquil or Totodile, one of the Johto starters, that's true.

Prof. Birch hasn't called me, maybe he's evil to me...
If ou have pokemons from #1 to #200, you will be allowed to get one of three Johto starters.

What if you have Deoxys and Jirachi and don't have any other two pokemons, will you be able to get the new starter with 200 pokemons, and not looking who are they?
