I am currently raising a Ninetails with near perfect IV's and a modest nature. I was wondering what a good moveset was for it would be. I havent begun EV training it yet, so a good EV spread would also be appreciated. It is currently a lv. 5 Vulpix and here is what I was thinking for it.

Modest Nature
EV's: 250 S.Attk 250 Speed 10 HP
Flamethrower
Confuse Ray
Will O Wisp
Hypnosis

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
