is there anyway to evolve an evee into an umbreon and an espeon on any of the GBA games?? if yes how?

you evolve eevee into umbreon between 12am and 12 pm and it evolves between 12pm to 12am into espeon.you also need to max out there happyness and it only works on r/s/e because fr/lg dont have clocks.

You can evolve your Eevee into an Umbreon or an Espeon by maximizing its happiness. When you maximize it at 12 am to 12 pm, it will evolve into an Umbreon and for an Espeon, it will be from 12 pm to 12 am.
You can only evolve it on Sapphire, Ruby or Emerald.
