I need an ev spread for a skarmory tank and a good tank moveset for skarmory.(Thanks tazzler for the post in my other topic that help alot)

Three is the maximum number of layers of Spikes you can lay, but as soon as the Fire Blaster or Thunderbolter comes into play, it would be in your best interest to switch.

Additionally, you can predict the switch to one of these and use Roar to deal double the Spikes damage.

Not really good with EV's. Those are my move set for a Skarmory.

You wouldn't use Hyper Beam on a tank set (or alot of other sets for that matter.) Only reason you'd want it is for a pyshical sweeper (but there are probably better moves for the poke then Hyper Beam.)
