First of all, nice mono-bird team, not many people use them
1. Definitely go with Mega Pidgeot, because otherwise your team is completely walled by physical walls like Steelix after a Curse or 2
2. Since your Skarmory wants to do chip damage with hazards, it might be best to replace Iron Head with Roost to have recovery if you need it, or either Stealth Rock or Spikes depending on which one you'd want to keep
3. How does your Talonflame have a Flying Gem? To the best of my knowledge, the only type gem that can be legally obtained in 6th gen games is the Normal Gem
4. I know you said you didn't want to change members, but since the team as a whole (apart from Skarmory) is threatened by the omnipresent Stealth Rock, Talonflame losing 50% health upon entry and the other four losing 25%, your hazard remover being one of the latter and just remember that Defog removes your own hazards from the opponent's side of the field as well. A Magic Bounce Xatu would remedy this as a nice switch in to an opponent's hazard setter
5. All 6 pokes are weak to Electric. A Mega Manectric would pretty much mean a loss for you. Poison Heal Gliscor or Leftovers/Rocky Helmet Landorus-T would bring an Electric immunity and replacing SD with Tailwind on Talonflame would give either enough speed to EQ Mega Manectric to death

The last 2 points are just food for thought and there to warn you of potential threats, what you do is up to you
Have fun using the team
