Need some help with new team

I've been playing pokemon for years now and ive never really tried the competitive side of it, so i though id make a new team to try some competitive wifi battles. I did some research and i learnt about EVs and stuff but i still don't know enough about making competitive teams.

So this is what i have so far, it probably isn't very good so any help/suggestions would be very appreciated, thanks.

Totally Replace this guy he is Uber so you can't use him. Besides with salamance you would have 2 guys with a 4x weakness to ice. Use Some sort of defensive ferrothorn is what I would recomend.

Well, if this is for random battles he is okay since there are no tiers there, other wise to do have to replace your garchomp.

If I'd use a Salamence, I'd actually use Choice Scarf and Moxie. Roost is pointless since Stone Edge OHKOs anyway, and I'd replace it with Flamethrower.

Ok wow!!! I think Blue Harvest has a team building guide somewhere in the competitive section so please look there.
Your team isn't out speeding anyone nor sticking around taking hits.
The pokes.
Lucario never choice band the SD set. Change his nature to adamant or jolly.
Gengar: explosion has changed this gen so with protect for scouting and put black sludge on.
Blissey needs a bold nature for that spread.
Chomp: with that SD set run fire fang instead of SE. You can't afford the miss. Run outrage. A +2 rage from him hurts.
Your team lacks synergy. Look at adding a def steel type
