Need some help with Trauma Center: Under the Knife

Who has this game?
I love it to bits, but I'm stuck at treating the Aneurysms, everything goes fine untill those others show up, and at the point that Angie is telling me to use the Healing Touch, all the others start to rupture before I can treat them.

Hmm, I have this game but only just got it and I've only done 6 operations so far...
