I prefer reflect>sub on raikou. Helps with physical sweeper switch ins, and its always nice to pseudo pass anyway. Furthermore, it beats lax switch ins with a reflect up which is always nice.

I'd go for wow>sub on gar considering its always nice, again, to use it when something like Jirachi, gross, or just a physical sweeper comes in. Whats with the HP EV's? Pretty useless on gar.

I prefer the average milo with hypnosis, and I think it's nice to have at least one status inflicter on a team.

Also, I'd lead with raikou.

I suggest you starting with Metagross though. CBGross can OHKO non defensive Zapdos and tears Regice leads. Jolteon does not like this either. Raikou can be used in the late game to clean up the mess
