Starmie wants more HP for the Spin set.

I personally prefer Endeavor Sceptile to the seed version just because of EV configuration and downright usefulness vs. Bliss and other junk giving you problems, but if you're going to Seed you probably want defense EVs or something...x.x

Final note. Blissey's EVs for that nature are 212 HP, 252 Def, rest in Sp. Def. If you really like the max HP, then whatever, but that spread is standard.
