Netbattle downloading

I'm not sure if this is the right forum but I'm desperate.
I'm having big difficulties with downloading netbattle. So could somebody give me a tutorial on how to download it?

you have to go to downloads press one of the mirrors(it does not matter same thing but comes from diffrent places).And it only takes like 8.34MB

Some of the mirrors don't work.

1) Go to www.tvsian.com/netbattle
2) Go to Download
3) Select Mirror 2

That should help, if not, contact them.
