Gengar doesn't particulary hurt this team as bad as some others, but it's still a big threat once it gets a sub up. Just play around a bit and decide which one you like better.

Needs different EVs. It shouldn't need much SAtk at all - just enough to OHKO the common physical walls. I don't really like relying on an 85% chance of hitting with something like this, so I would use one of those. Too lazy to check what Naive does but if it's +Spd, -SDef then it's fine. Give it enough Spd so that after the Salac it reaches 396.

This team doesn't really like CBers using EQ much. Actually, it just plain doesn't like CBers much at all. Metagross is the only thing that can switch into physical attacks remotely well, and it's not gonna take repeated abuse. You need something that can take the heat off of metagross. A Weezing+Steelix combination has been working well for me, so it would probably work similar with Metagross, but Metagross doesn't have the same kinda Def Steelix has, so it's still gonna feel the hurt, especially with no way to heal (It's also important to note I have a wisher on my team, so yeah). You may want to consider switching to RestTalk gross if you're using it as a physical wall.

You have a starmie weakness, IMO. But then again, I'm not the greatest netbattler. It also lookd like a swampert weakness. Like Isaid, take my opinions with a grain of salt though.

I'd add a grass type if I were you.

oh, and ken don't need quake. and endrev ken aint so great anyways. go specialken or sdken IMO

Actually endrev ken kills teams (I've made the mistake of letting it get the endure a few times and haven't won against it once yet, because Reversal kills so much stuff, and what it doesn't kill Ken's other moves take care of). Though I admit I took a guess on that EQ, having never used it myself but once.
