New 3 poke team

Right now I have a donphan, and a lapras. The donphan is level 55, lapras is 5.
I want to know these
1. A new pokemon to add. No Tank
2. the Evs for Lapras and the 3rd pokemon, also what pokemon to fight to get those Evs.
3. I may use these in the BF also.

Oddly, Lapras's Atatck and Sp.Attack are both base 85
Picking between Dragon Dance and Curse is all about prefrence. Personally, I'd pick DD. It's unorthadox but I've tried it. It works, oddly :O

Well, i'm only looking for lapras and any other pokemon you guys suggest. I don't want to change my donphan, except the attacks, which i'm doing soon.

mist

Other pokemon ???

so I need the EVs for lapras and the pokemon to beat for that.
