Never raised one of these, either.

I'm not a very good rater, but that Manectric set and nature works like a charm with me, and I think it's pretty good. Items that up attacks 10% generally don't do much, you're better off with Shell Bell or Leftovers on Manectric.

I'm a girl And I know Shell Bell is slightly bad, but if you can't get multiple Leftovers then it's okay to use.
