Looks like there's going to be the original series at 7.00, and a new series at 8.00, involving Pearl-girl. =\ That's what I'm gathering from it, anyway, since next to 8.00, it looks like a new anime logo, and it's pink, so you know. =P Maybe there will be two series running simultaneously?

Well, it shows her name, so we can see if Hikari is her name or not.

And it says something about "6" in the top.

Well, it confirms that her name is Hikari, at least. You can thank my very, very, very limited knowledge of japanese for that one! Whoo~

The poster features her way too prominently for her to be a sidekick or rival character, I'm afraid.

Either she's getting a show all to herself, or she will in fact take May's place. :/

They wouldn't promote her alone on a poster like this if she wasn't going to be big character. Crap, all we need now is Ash standing next to her and May is royally screwed.

I wanted it to be long so she would trip in them with a result of her face in the ground and her butt high up in the air and her short skirt being no help for her at all.

Yeah..

If this is a separate series, then I wonder why they even did that. Isn't it a big rush for the animators? :/
Not to mention it seems pointless to let that be. I mean, have a seperate series and apparently let a girl be the main character? I find that to be odd, really.

On the other hand, then we have one series with a male main character and another series with a female in the lead.
It's still weird, though.

Though two series, that just strikes me as lame.

It shouldn't be too much of a strain, I mean this series might not even be weekly or last very long :S
