New Deoxys Form

After seeing the Deoxys scanned image to be fake, I whipped up the image on Paint to see what it might look like.

I really should stop drawing on paint and start uploading the handdrawn pictures I do but I am getting lazier every minute .

shading. it needs shading. it looks horribly flat.

second, the quality's horrible. the eyes look really strange, and the whole thing is super pixelly.

I draw on paint too! XD But yeah, I agree with Hoenir. I think you should shade it and instead of saving it as a jpeg/jpg, you should save it as a gif. Gif's don't look as fuzzy.
