I edited and took some suggestions, i was considering most of them when I made this team. how's it now?

Pretty good.

Agility>Flash Cannon for Empoleon.

Shadow Ball>Dark Pulse and Psychic>Hyper Beam for Lucario.

Try Bullet Punch>Blaze Kick for the other Lucario, but BK is fine.

Milotic is fine.

Dragon Dance>Thunderbolt for Tyranitar.

As randomn00b said, if your Milotic is knocked out and the opponet sends in a Ground type, you're basiclly screwed. Fighting types could pose a problem too. I suggest changing Empoleon too Kingdra, but that's my opinion.

I'm not an expert or anything, but this team has some problems... Changes/Comments in bold.

Hmmm, guess I didn't see that Quake weak, would you consider adding something not weak to Ground-type attacks? I recommend Charizard. And anyway, ResTalk Milotic is good too, but it never works for me...

Charizard doesn't solve the problem, seeing as Earthquake is often accompanied with Stone Edge. Only the QuakEdge resisters (Bronzong, Torterra, Breloom, Claydol, Flygon) will change that.
