New Game Idea

Someone tell me if this needs to go in the Diamond and Pearl section. Well I had a great idea for a pokemon game for gamecube(in 3D). You would pick out the normal boy and girl thing but instead of picking out a pokemon you would take a quiz to determine your starter pokemon and it's nature. You would be the trainer and walk around doing the normal stuff. Except when you battle someone else your pokemon would be controled by you so you could literally dodge using your controller and use a combination of the buttons to do attacks. And when you leveled up you would be able to use stronger attacks. And the pokemon would literally get tired and have to rest or get slower.

Real-time battle? It's been currently used in many RPGs like Final Fantasy X - XIII. It could happen with the games, but Nintendo has not used the real-time battle engine for any of their RPGs (unless it was Paper Mario, but I could be mistaken). It would take time for Nintendo to perfect the engine of real-time battles, but it would be easier if Nintendo had made deals for partnership in making a Pokemon game with Square-Enix.

I see what you mean on how to take a quiz on how your Pokemon would come out in different natures and which starter can be chosen. I like how you think.
