everything on this team is 2hko'd by heracross' megahorn, except steelix which can't do much back anyway

And if I had Aero, couldn't he just take it out with HP Flying?

What is a good EV Spread for Swampert?

Depends on which kind of Swampert. For Mixed Pert is use this :
EVs: 240 HP / 122 Def / 52 Spd / 96 SAtk
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)

Also, 0ma, it's Meta weak if the Metagross has Thunderounch.

Um, thunderpunch does **** to milotic. Max Sattk, which no one uses for Cbgross, only does ~35%, and thats easily recoverable. 240 which iirc is like the max does no where near threatening to milotic.
