It's been 30 days or so since I posted the last thread's last post, and so it's time for a new thread. So, does anybody watch One Piece? Okay, I know the answer to that, but I just had to say that since this is the first post of this thread.

Anyway, now there's a rumor that there's going to be a 7th Opening called "Crazy Rainbow" coming in November (?) in One Piece. I saw it on a thread on Arlong Park Forums. However, it's weird since One Piece openings do not last this short. (Funny, I think I started the first thread with the rumor of the 6th Opening.)

On a random note, wow... Cartoon Network's Toonami hasn't shown a new One Piece episode in three months. Yes, it's the dub, but still...

Brand new World was pretty good. Sort of sad its already ending, but Rainbow is sung by cool people, forgot who but they're pretty good. They played an ending for one Piece already.

The Anime is in a slump sort of since they've been sort of delaying it as much as possible to avoid fillers like naruto. The flashbacks are okay but since we can look up one piece episodes whenever its kind of useless. The only thing worth it is the Omakes that they're animating. It's great. Cant wait for the Godfather one!

One piece in the US can stay not aired. Heard Austrailia already ahead in the dub and its horrible. They hve the same dub as us. Still watch it anyways though!

Well, Toei just wants to spoil us as much as possible, so we're getting a new OP.
Hell, we'll probably get some Luffy vs. Lucci clips and Gear 3rd animated in Crazy Rainbow.

It's supposed to air next Sunday, on November 5.

Yep, the 8th movie is going to be a recap of Alabasta.

Luffy vs. Croc with movie-quality visuals FTW?

Also, this gives me hope for something similar with Skypeia, which would definatly benifit from being compressed into a 2-3 hour movie.

I'm just glad there are no more flashbacks. Also, its sort of ironic that Brand New World is gone since

The second part of the Grand Line is called the New World.

They spoiled SO much with this op, but it's still my favorite. I'm sad to see it go after such a short time. I heard someone speculate the reason they're changing it is because the anime got to the point at the end of the op (The straw hats standing in front of Robin, with the CP9 and Franky watching). I just hope the new op's just as good. TI also hope they don't spoil things nearly as much.

As for the fillers, while they're needed, they put them in the most innapropriate place. They can only fall for so long, it's been at least a month since they started. At least it'll all be over on the fifth.

Well, while I would have rather seen more of the story (along with the scene of the Pluto blueprints, which seems to be cut), I understand that they moved to a new timeslot, and therefore some people may not know what One Piece is all about.

The new opening is really catchy, and its spoiler free. Also, I believe it shows Franky burning the blueprints in episode 284.

I didn't like that opening... At all. It goes down to my least favorite opening, BELOW BON VOYAGE. The song was too slow for my taste, and the video didn't go with the song. It's like Kokoro no Chizu (why people think that's the best one, I have no idea). The only good thing I can say is that there were no spoilers (unlike Brand New world, which showed all the fights except for one). Why was Mihawk there? It seemed like they threw him in randomly. I also doubt this is forshadowing anything, because Oda hasn't written anything new about Mihawk.

I'm gonna miss Brand New World...
